Pros:

Well-intentioned hotel. In practice the maintenance level is not good. For example, the gym does not work. Air conditioners were out of order and I changed rooms. No bedding is being changed. Shuttle to the ski resort at low frequency. The food is reasonable.
Booking a taxi through the receptionist at the hotel costs twice ... The sauna is good. The price is good. And the staff is nice except for the person who booked the taxi ...

Pros:

I did not like the temperature of the pool (27*C). It is cold for the kids. The first bus to return from the ski center is at 15:45. It is too late. Other hotels have return busses starting at 14:00 every 30min. In the morning we had to rush to the bus to get a place to sit, since they don't have transportation every 30min, but every hour. The credit should be given the price that is lower than other hotels.

Very good hotel!
Pros:

After an exhausting day, its a place to relax!
The hotel located in the middle of the forest, magical place. The pool could be a little bit warmer... good sauna, all facilities in a good condition. Its worthwhile to take a breakfast and dinner.

Caution! Hazardous service!
Pros:

Quite an unpleasant stay. The hotel itself was nice, however there was a lot of hidden information such as the extremely bumpy (and only) road leading to the hotel. I booked 2 rooms but upon arrival I was told I only had one. Some time later the problem was fixed. Then we learned that the spa is only open until 8pm. Surprising for a 4 star hotel. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was not such a good idea. All good was prepared with the cheapest possible products. I had a risotto full of cream and taste was...oh well. Then it was time for breakfast which I could rate 2 out of 10 and this is being generous. Cheap cheap products and orange juice was one of those powder based juices. Appalling!!! The second day we wanted to checkout early 7am, as we have planned a one day long hike to the seven Rila lakes. We were told that checkout is possible only after 8am and we had the security guy trying to get the payment. 40 min later we left... In fact you can find a much nicer places to stay in the region for half the price but I couldn't know this before we came

A nice place, not all services provided.
Pros:

Located in the forest, great place but car seems to be mandatory. The breakfast is good and the room was very comfortable.
However a gap between what was reported in the website and what happened essentially - promised balcony, double bed, mini bar and refrigerator amongst other things. No balcony, no refrigerator, the bed was two single beds, and the mini bar didn't work.
Also receptionist didn't offer the best service when we were there.

Well presented family hotel
Pros:

I had no major complaints with this hotel. There seemed to be 15 kids running around the lobby at any given time, so would this is better suited to families than those trying to nurse an apres ski hangover. It is about 2km from the centre/gondola and at the end of a long, dark and bumpy forest road. There is a shuttle bus which runs until 5pm, if you're out later than this you will need a taxi or have to brave the walk. Also we had a lot of snow fall on the 4th day and the shuttle bus did not run after this for he rest of the week (with no explanation or notice) so created extra expense with getting taxis in the morning. The hotel staff are inconsistent, bar man was attentive and helpful, cleaners were crazy and the receptionist definitely has a few things to learn about customer service. Overall good value for families but quite far from the action.

Couldn't fault our stay
Pros:

After reading mixed reviews we didn't know what to expect but our time at this hotel was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was nice, bed comfy, shower super powerful.
Spa was a nice touch and I booked a massage which was really lovely.
It is a short treck into the town but I quite enjoyed the stroll and the peacefulness of the hotel away from the resort. It was only 10 bgn for a taxi if you don't want to walk it.

Pros:

We had a great stay at the hotel. The service was on a very high level. The kitchen was good and fresh. We were impressed at most by the swimming pool and the view through the windows - the green forest. The relaxing room and the spa and wellness centre were on a high level as well. We will visit the hotel another time for sure.

Modern Albeit Client Service Issues
Pros:

Went to borovets for 5 days skiing with a friend and each took the junior suite. Good size and finish to room. Unfortunately cleaners just tidied each day, didn't throw away rubbish or renew toiletries. Hotel staff come across as surly often with poor English and appear dismissive, albeit Toni on reception was very helpful & friendly. The pool was set to cold so never used by any guests during our stay. A nicely finished modern hotel with cheap rooms but too many shortcomings in terms of client service, also too far to walk anywhere so very dependent upon taxis (albeit only cost £4 to go anywhere).

Pros:

Friendly staff and waiters, excellent food from menu. Great choice for breakfast. Needs a bit more of an outside area- not just car park and smoking area.

Friendly and efficient.
Pros:

6 day break was very good value for money, went B&B, so as to try out local restaurants but had a very nice lunch and dinner in the hotel, so its competitive with other local eateries. Very secluded, and as a result its a bit of a walk into town or a bumpy drive if you have wheels, about 1.3Km. Hotels is well decked out and the pool looked good but did not have time for a splash about. Good views if you can get a west facing room and they come with a small balcony too. Our room was huge with a king bed. Its not 4* by many city standards but its still very good and the staff were friendly.

Standard hotel stay
Pros:

The hotel has the possibility to be really nice, it just needs an update. Toilet doors don't work, lights out in room. Hotel staff we're often rude if they couldn't help you and very dismissive, don't seem accommodating. The cleaners didn't clean our room all they did was move our stuff around which was weird, they didn't refresh the towels in the room for five days even though we left them on the floor for them. The spa again was nice but you cannot have massages with partners as they only have one spa worker which also means if you don't book up well in advance then you have no chance of getting a slot. Isn't a bad walk into bovorets however in the ice can be quite tricky so consider taxis (these do add up over a week though) there is a shuttle bus but only early or late. Overall was an okay experience but not what I would call 4 star.

Not as nice as the photos, but ok.
Pros:

This hotel was clean in most ways. The sheets and bathrooms were clean, and the pool area was mostly well maintained. It's the little things that need attention. The carpets are old and need to be replaced, the back stairwell needed to be swept, and the curtains and bed covers need replacing. Overall, I didn't feel it was unsanitary or unclean, but there is room for improvement.

Breakfast was nice, with a wide selection of hot items including eggs, bacon, and french toast, as well as cereal and fruit. The dinner buffet was not worth the money (17 lv, which was more then the front desk quoted us when we checked in). The dinner food was bland and severely lacking in seasoning (boiled carrots, for example, without any seasoning at all). If I stay here again, I will enjoy the breakfast but travel outside the hotel for any other meals.
