La pire expérience de mon séjour à Toluca

Alors, nous avons payé une suite avec DEUX CHAMBRES pour trois personnes, arrivé à l’hôtel, il n’y avait qu’une chambre avec un lit, l’autre « chambre », était un petit salon avec un canapé lit et à l’heure de l’adapter pour dormir, une poubelle,on voyait les ressorts , très sale, vieux, et en plus très froid, aucun draps, pas de serviettes pour la troisième personne alors que le prix est excessif pour une suite. Le personnel ne m’a pas proposé une solution correcte et j’ai passé la pire nuit de ma vie. Par rapport au service, On aurait dit qu’on les embêtait.

Hotel met its goal, I was close to the airport yet dissapointed in many ways.
Pros:

the location is centrally located near the airport which was my focus. The room was clean and staff was friendly, the hotel architecture was also pleasant and reminisent of old spanish colonial times.

Cons:

The breakfast was extremely dissapointing, specially given that Mexico has such a vast and rich cuisine. Instead of a proper susage they served fried hotdogs, they do better at budget hotels in the USA, there was nothing cultural about the breakfast unless you count the "salsa verde" and nachos. Even the orange juice, it was not real juice it was more like cool-aid. The gym is very basic, even though it has a large footprint to expand on, also very difficult to find since it is NOT well marked its location. The hotel seems it had better days, it looks so dirty on the outside facade, a little pressure washing would go a long way to restore its glory. Also, the main courtyard is beautiful, but just needs to have some outdoor furniture to make it stand out, at the moment is just an empty space that makes the place look abandoned, same goes for all common areas, turn on the lights, put some wood in the fire place, make the place come alive.. I guess that speaks to the staff and leadership, perhaps they dont want to invest or work.

Pros:

Excelente. Suficiente la variedad del buffet para mí. La arquitectura y los interiores del hotel son Geniales. Seguro regresaremos para caminar por todos los rincones del hotel y sentarnos en los espacios q existen para ello, relajarnos en la piscina ó jugar un poco de pull, nos faltó tiempo.

Cons:

El único tache q debo poner es en el olor de las sábanas, cobertor y fundas de las almohadas. No estaban sucias desde luego, sólo q tenían un olor muy desagradable, como cuando pones poco jabón en la lavadora ó dejas la ropa húmeda sin extenderla para su secado, algo así... es importante porque estás en contacto con la ropa de cama 8 horas...
