No break fast and restuarant closed
The electrical fluctuation for whole night. The A.C was not at all good. the A.C. gave lot of sound. No room cleaning after completing the first day. The towels were not changed. The collection of bill is only in cash or Phonepay but not credit card which was totally disturbed me.
Bed was OK , bathroom was functional
TV not working, phone not working. Room service not available. Toiletries as was listed not provided except a towel and shop.

Only the location.
There are several thinks. Before I reach hotel I call them and told I will be there in an hour and they conformed the room is ready. When I reach there they showed me 5 room which are not at all ready wasted 1 more hour to get the right room.
On that night we not had water to shower the staff told the run out of water in the tank and we did not had a bath.
I try to complaint management several times but the ingnored me .
It's the worst hotel I stayed in my life.

They want to charge 500rs more for one hour extra check-out. Never seen this kind in any hotel in any city. When i said I would review this, he said you can i don't care. I never recommended this hotel. And they never give water bottles and soaps until you ask, u should ask 2 / 3 times for this. Very bad service.
