I will recommend this hotel to anybody coming to visit me in Merida
Pros:

The manager/concierge was absolutely outstanding. He helped me get the proper food after I had been in the hospital. And even drove me to the airport in the morning.

La alberca es grande y cuenta con servicio de restaurante y bar. La ubicación está muy bien y la atención del personal muy buena

Cons:

El baño estaba un poco mal cuidado, limpio y con articulos necesarios pero la taza no funcionaba bien y la regadera se notaba descuidada
