A surprisingly comfortable stay!
Pros:

What a lovely surprise! We had a 2 day unexpected airline delay, so stayed here, close to the airport. The room was very comfortable, and apparently the bathrooms had been updated, too. We really enjoyed the pool also, since it was very hot. We were able to send laundry to be done, there was a full service BLD kitchen, so things were taken care of. Immediately adjacent to the property is an Italian Coffee Co shop, so we could even get fancy frozen coffee and bakery for the mornings. Next door to that, is an OXXO, for electrolyte drinks, snacks, etc. If you want a place close to the airport on your way in or out of Merida, this is great. The front desk all speak English, too.

Muy accesible en cuanto precio y ubicación. Está muy cerca del aeropuerto. El personal muy amable y con una alberca muy grande.

Cons:

El baño es pequeño y faltan algunas repisas para poner cosas. Cuando fuimos hacía mucho calor y de las coladeras salía un olor desagradable, la ventana es muy pequeña y se encerraba mucho el calor y ese olor.
Comimos en el restaurante y todos los platillos que probamos nos parecieron muy malos y caros.

I will recommend this hotel to anybody coming to visit me in Merida
Pros:

The manager/concierge was absolutely outstanding. He helped me get the proper food after I had been in the hospital. And even drove me to the airport in the morning.
