buena estancia y la alberca
Pros:

las instalaciones estan bonitas, por lo regular cuando viajamos a Merida, llegamos ahi, por la alberca y el horario que tiene, ya que es hasta las 10 pm y mis hijos les gusta estar mucho rato dentro.

Cons:

los alimentos, en una ocasión pague el desayuno incluido y estuvo pésimo, literal nos dieron 4 mini rebanaditas de fruta, era más plato que fruta y los huevos con tocino que pedí, eran una cucharadita de huevo y frijol. Posteriormente quise darles otra oportunidad comprando la cena, la pizza esta insípida y según un paquete de botana de alitas y dedos de queso, todo estaba en un platito y era más verdura deshidratada pareciera que hubiera sobrado del día anterior. Seguiré yendo al hotel, pero 100% seguro no comeré ahí.

el servicio de internet es muy malo, no es posible usar el servicio de restaurante dentro, con aire acondicionado lo cual por el calor es un poco incomodo, los telefonos no sirven, para poder hacer solicitudes

Schöne Pool und Garten, insgesamt ist das hotel schön angelegt.
Bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Bad stinkt und sehr einfach.
Frühstück: schlechte Qualität, wir waren vor ca. 3 Jahren schon mal da, da war es besser. Von Restaurant kann ich nur abraten.

Cons:

No me gustó que el aire acondicionado no estuviera funcionando correctamente, y teníamos un calor tremendo; queríamos descansar, y no fue posible, ya que no pudimos bajarle los grados al aire. Además de que había muchos mosquitos, nos picaron tremendo.

Muy incómoda, la cama muy dura y la almohada peor
Pros:

Por la piscina fui, ya lo conocía porque mi hermano nos llevó a nadar ahí cuando mis hijos estaban pequeños, es lo único bueno de su hotel. Es funcional su sistema de aire acondicionado.

Cons:

La cocina es pésima desde entonces, Se que el servicio en cuanto a velocidad no es el fuerte pero su cocina ha sido, es y creo que seguirá siendo no LENTA sino lo que le sigue, ustedes nos tienen ahí y no nos aprovechan, en fin es su negocio. Por eso decidí no hacer la reserva con desayuno, como más rápido si me voy al centro que ustedes me atiendan
