Pros:

La ubicación muy bien, estaba en remodelación, había un poco de polvo y la piscina no tuve tiempo de utilizarla

Cons:

falta darle mantenimiento a la habitacion en la que estuve ya que del aire acondicionado escurria agua y se mojaron algunos documentos que tenia en la mesa

Toda el area exterior es muy bonita y la tienen muy bien cuidada.Las habitaciones aunque son sencillas cumplen con el objetivo que es el descanso,

Cons:

En general todo fue muy bueno, si consideramos la relación costo beneficio. Lo único que si fue un poco incomodo fue el estar cuidandose de los mosquitos que si hay muchos de pronto y en lo que sale uno al jardín se meten a las habitaciones.

Nettes Personal, was einem die Zimmer zeigt, problemlos beim Checkin und Checkout. Pool hat angenehme Temperatur.

Cons:

Frühstück war etwas monoton. Obwohl es näher am Flughafen aussieht, muss man trotzdem ein Uber/Taxi nehmen.

Nada, la verdad no recomiendo el lugar en mi primera noche no dormí x q el clima no enfriaba y afuera de mi cuarto caía un chorro de agua tuve q levantarme en la madrugada a pedir q revisaran el clima pero no sirvió de nada quedaron despues me dijeron q me cambiarían de habitación con costo al final despues de alegar me cambiaron de habitación por 1 noche y el clima si enfriaba pero tiraba mucha agua al grado de q pusimos un bote de basura para q no cayera en el piso casi se lleno el bote y aparte cayó mas en el piso me cambiaron de nuevo de habitación y el baño apestaba y habia mucha mosca y mosquito, en definitiva un lugar al cual no regreso ni recomiendo y la comida horrible el primer dia me dieron un frijol hechado a perder y y mi hija regreso con infección en el estómago

Cons:

Mi habitación estaba llena pero llena de mosquitos cuando llegue, tuve que ir a la recepción 3 veces para que fueran a poner algo oara los mosquitos, la llave de la habitación no funcionó y tuve que regresar a que me la cambiaron, habían cucarachas, la comida terrible, el personal me atendió de mala gana tanto en recepción como en el restaurante, no había agua caliente, la regadera no funcionaba bien. La piscina sucia. jamás lo recomendaría o volvería.

we were given a room next to where they were doing construction, on the outside of the hotel facing the main street and they charged us for ice.... i would say pick one of those things next time you are looking at housing a guest, either give them an outside room facing the street away from construction and afford complimentary ice - OR give them an inside room next to where they are doing construction and afford complimentary ice- OR give them an inside room away from construction and charge them for ice.... doing all three just leave a dissatisfied customer who travels alot to campeche and will never stay at your hotel again.

Pros:

Las instalaciones, la habitación muy limpia, tomaron en cuenta mi petición y el personal que me llevó a mi habitación el mejor servicio de todo el hotel, excelente actitud de servicio! Explico todo y nos hizo sentir bienvenidos.
La comida mejoro muchísimo.

Cons:

El servicio del medio día del restaurante, no fueron groseros pero tampoco muy amables, el servicio del desayuno tardo mucho ya que no tenían al personal completo desde temprano. Nos tuvimos que parar a buscar quien nos atendiera.
