Pros:

Great location with shops and restaurants upstairs and a place for the kids to play. The room was spacious and the staff was very friendly! We had a wonderful experience and would start again!

部屋は清潔にされており快適でした

Cons:

チェックインの時並んでたが日本人とわかると自動チェックインに回され説明もなかったのが残念。近くに空庭温泉があるのに提携してないのか空庭温泉の営業時間が調べなければ分からない

駅から近くて部屋が綺麗。値段も手頃。

Cons:

チェックインに入力しないといけないことが多くて時間がかかった。
一緒に泊まる人の個人情報まで入力しないといけないのは面倒。先に1人だけチェックインしようとした時、同伴者の住所や電話番号を知らない時はどうしたらいいんだろうと思った。

I’d pic Osaka Bay tower again and again when ever we visit Osaka.
Pros:

The location was great! Having the JR and metro basically on the hotel property was so convenient. Also having a family mart right outside the hotel and a grocery store downstairs was so awesome. Being steps away from many shops and an outdoor play area for my kids just made this hotel so perfect.

Cons:

The location was exceptional. So many storages and restaurants within arms reach. Also having the train station so conveniently close made transportation so much easier.

家族でUSJへ行ったのですが電車ですぐ着くので朝から晩まで思いっきり楽しめました。
Pros:

駅から直結でロケーションが良い。
シャワーヘッドがリファで快適でした。

Cons:

ただそのシャワーヘッドの汚れが気になった

Pros:

It was a great place; the view is amazing. Like most hotels in Japan, it was a bit small for three people and a large suitcase, but everything was excellent. The staff was very helpful with the luggage transfer service to another hotel. And it was also super convenient to the subway.
