こちらの手違いだと思いますが・・朝食バイキングが2階でとても貧弱で食べるなかったです。51階のレストランの説明が欲しいかったです。

Καταπληκτική θέα, πολύ άνετο και πολυτελές δωμάτιο. Μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα η πρόσβαση σε onsen στο ισόγειο . Το πρωινό ήταν ικανοποιητικό και η τοποθεσία πολλή καλή με σταθμούς τρένου για το αεροδρόμιο και μετρό για όλη την πόλη ακριβώς κάτω από το ξενοδοχείο .

Pros:

First room we got was absolutelly disgusting, dirty ceiling covered in mold and dust from the AC, room was tired and poorly maintained. Had to switch rooms. Poor customer service, lack of English skills. Would not really recommend.

Pros:

The location is good(near the train station and mall). There are a lot of restaurants nearby, family mart and supermarket is walking distance. There is an onsen near the hotel. The beds are very comfortable, the ice maker on our floor is a good addition to the facilities. Staff are very helpful. The view from our hotel is very nice.

Cons:

The breakfast is the same every day. On our 3rd day, we didn't eat anymore as there were no varieties(same egg, sausage, and ham). Bread is limited choices too.

We feel so lucky for having chosen Osaka Bay tower hotel for our stay in Osaka.
Pros:

The room was nice and clean, on the top floor with a fantastic view over Osaka, The location is very convenient, just few steps from a metro station, a convenience shop opposite of the entrance and a kids playground few meters away.
