最高！
Pros:

子供と水中最強のシャチが見たくて、こちらに宿泊しました。夜の水族館探検では、シャチにゆっくり会えて大変満足でした。朝の水族館散歩はあいにくの雨でしたが、やはり少人数でゆっくり館内をみられるのは格別でした。
スタッフの皆様、すべての方が優しく癒されました。9歳の息子が今までの旅行で一番楽しかったと言っていました。
ベットは子供が落ちるので布団のお部屋も良かったですし、海の見えるロケーションも良かったです。
親子で大好きな最強王カードの中の水中最強のシャチに会えて、目頭があつくなりました。

Cons:

清潔でしたが、贅沢を言えば、おトイレがもう少し新しいと最高です。

Pros:

上の階の方が、子連れだったらしく、バタバタ走り回っていて、従業員さんが何度か直接言って下さったようですが、全くダメでした。後は襖のところの壁紙が剥がれかけていて、開け閉めするたびに同室者に深夜は特に気を使いました。また、枕がとても低くて、全く眠れませんでした。
前回の宿泊の際は、部屋を間違えた酔った方に深夜2時過ぎにピンポン連打され、止まっている方のレベルは低いです。
また、前回に比べ、ブッフェの質も明らかに落ちていました。素泊まりで、外で食べた方がお金はかかりますが満足出来ます。
ホテルの方は、とても丁寧に接してくれるので、とても残念です。
閑散期ならおすすめなのかも？

鴨川シーワールドに行く為に宿泊しましま。
他の方の口コミにもあるようにホテルの劣化は気になりますが、子供が多い事に配慮があり部屋のトイレに補助便座。寝具は布団。ベッドだと子どもは落ちて怪我をする可能性があるので安心して寝れる。
大浴場にはベビーバス、おもちゃ、子ども用ボディーソープ、ベビーベッドがあります。
キッズルームや朝食には子ども用エプロンやベビーフードと色々な所に子ども連れへの気遣いを感じました。
ホテルの特権？夜の水族館見学は子どもが大喜びでずっと話してます。ホテル直結で水族館に行けるので駐車場大丈夫もかからず、朝にゆとりを持って過ごせました。
ゆっくりと快適に過ごす目的ではちょっと違うかな？と感じますが鴨川シーワールドを楽しむ為の旅行だったので大満足です。
部屋から海も見れるので綺麗な朝日が見れました。
イルカショーの工事が完了したらまた泊まりに行きたいです。

子供との家族旅行には、最高だと思います。
施設は古いですが、窓も綺麗で部屋からの眺めも楽しめました。

大浴場のシャワーなどの古さが少し気になりましたので、星を一つマイナスとさせて頂きました。

Pros:

鴨川シーワールドに直結していて、小さい子を連れて行くときは便利です。施設は老朽化しているところもありますが、設備としては十分だと思います。チェックイン後なら、シャチに水をかけられてもすぐお風呂に入れて助かります！子供達は朝晩のビュッフェを楽しみにしていました。魚料理、ライブキッチンの出来たてお料理が美味しいです。食事に飽きたら子ども用のプレイルームで遊んで待っててもらうこともできます。また、来年も利用したいと思います。

子連れにとっては、とっても◎です。周りみんな子連れだから変な遠慮もなく、食事会場も大浴場も過ごすことが出来ました。家族で和室に横並びするのも子どもたちにとっては楽しかったらしく、良い思い出になりました。どうもありがとうございました。

施設自体は古い感じがしましたが、特に不自由はありませんでした。
夕食のブッフェのレパートリーや種類はやや少なめで満足感はありませんでした。

部屋は古いし風呂は狭くて露天風呂も無し。
えっーて思っていたら、夕食は品数は少ないのですが、美味しい。
びっくり‼️普段偏食の多い孫があんなに食べたいたのは初めて見ました。そこで点数上げましたね。

それとシーワールドがメインの旅行なら最高ですね。２日間楽しめました。
楽しかったです。
部屋と風呂を改善していただけると最高ですね。
孫と一緒ならまた行きたいです。
