Katastrophal und desaströs
Cons:

Leider war diese Buchung diesmal ein Desaster!!!
14 Tage vor dem ersten Buchungstag wurde der Preis für den kompletten Aufenthalt abgebucht.
Wir reisten an und standen um 17 Uhr vor verschlossenen Türen - 'HOTEL CLOSED' - statt dem Besuch des Wellnessbereiches nach einer stundenlangen Anreise. Ein nur wenig informierter Security-Mitarbeiter stand vor dem leeren Hotel und konnte uns auch nur sagen, dass das Hotel bereits seit 2 Tagen geschlossen sei, angeblich in einer Woche wieder aufsperrt und wir uns nun selber um eine alternative Unterkunft kümmern sollen. Er könne garnichts machen!
Da es bereits abends war, war es uns nicht möglich ein gleichwertiges Hotel zu buchen und wir mussten daher einige Abstriche an Qualität und Preis machen.
Wir wurden weder vom Hotel noch von booking.com darüber informiert, dass wir unseren Urlaub nicht in diesem Hotel verbringen können!!!
War es ein Versehen oder Betrug? Wir wissen es nicht.
In der Zwischenzeit wurde unsere Buchung kostenfrei storniert und das Geld retourniert.
Trotzdem stellt man sich einen Kurzurlaub SO NICHT vor!

Für uns einer der besten und beliebtesten Hotels.
Pros:

Das Hotel an sich, finde ich sehr schön. Das Essen ist phantastisch. Die Musik im Speisesaal ist für mich zu laut.
Die Lage ist super. Etwas abseits vom Trubel.
Das Personal im ganzen Hotel ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Der Spa Bereich ist einen Besuch wert.
Wir waren das 3 mal hier und kommen 2026 bestimmt wieder 😉😁

Cons:

Es sind nur kleine Kleinigkeiten.
Der Spalt in der Schiebetür zum WC ist nicht sehr angenehm (Bild)
Der Kleider/Gaderobenschrank für ein Doppelzimmer ist etwas klein. Besonders für mehr als 2 Nächte wenn es kühler wird.

kann mir gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen - allerdings in einem besseren Zimmer

> Unser Zimmer war im ältesten noch nicht renovierten Teil des Hotels. Zimmer sehr klein, Bad sauber und in Ordnung,
Balkon mit schöner Aussicht aber lieblos und ostblockmäßig
> Frühstück und Abendessen top - lässt keine Wünsche offen
> Wellnessbereich im 8. Stock top - Panorama erstklassig, Anlage sehr sauber

Doručak je bio izvrstan. Jako veliki izbor, a posebno me iznenadio stol s bezglutenskim proizvodima. Lokacija je blizu centra s prekrasnim pogledom na more.

Cons:

Bazen je mali i nije radio dio za masazu u samom bazenu.
