Well located hotel with 2 stars services !
Pros:

Location is very good.......hotel staff gave us a King Bed but we requested for twin bed ! We told the hotel staff and it took a while for the hotel staff to upgrade our room to one with parquet floor ! In the first place, we never wanted a room with parquet floor... you know what ? The bath towels were yellowish and torn.... the bath room is very slippery as they dun supply anti slipperly floor mat ! You have to be very very careful with taking a bath ! what kind of a room when they have a glass bath room but how to on/off the lights when when want to sleep ? You just have to use your brains ! But again, we are appreciative for a free laundry ( max 3 pieces ) everyday !

Cons:

The slippery bath room is a nightmare, the torn and yellowish towels make us feel terrible ! The breakfast is also no good !

Clothing sizes only suit Asian sizes. Not much large clothing available unless high end shopping.
First room full of paint fumes, staff quick to relocate us.

nothing really special for a 4 star hotel
Pros:

Great location and nice room size

Cons:

I called and messaged in advance for a little note and something special to be placed in the room for my wife. They messaged me saying they would accommodate but nothing appeared so I was extremely disappointed.
