comfortable stay in the center of the city with exceptional breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast is exceptional with food from different continents. I especially like the Mediterranian cuisine. The location is excellent in the center of the city.

The Novotel is ideally situated in the middle of the best retail area in Bangkok
Pros:

Great location with lots of shopping and easy access to walkways to many shopping centres and eating options. There was also easy pickup and drop off access for taxi

Cons:

The reception staff we not always available and check in seem reluctant to consider small request but wasnt a big issue

Pros:

We visited as a young family with a 16 month old toddler trying to catch our breath between two long flights. Very conveniently located right on top of a big shopping mall and walking distance to the airport train. We received excellent service provided by Jeena and Gus and received a complementary room upgrade and breakfast. The rooms are modern and clean with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was clean and with an amazing view. The cocktails in the bar were great as well. We look forward to staying here again.

Hope the management takes my feedback seriously to make my next stay at the hotel more pleasant and comfortable.
Pros:

The hotel location is good, within walking distance to Central World, Big C and Pratunam Wholesale Mall. However, the two nearest BTS stations are quite far away from the hotel.

Cons:

The water pressure of my room is low. I thought the design of the sink is not good. Water splattered everywhere when you turn on the tap. Lastly, the tooth paste of the dental kit is too little, only enough for one wash. Please do something about it. Thanks.
