Pros:

They offer free 300baht daily and free laundry & upgraded my room for free. Love it !

Cons:

Abit hassel to travel around to 7-11 need to walk quite abit. And non halal food need to walk to zone 2 and go up level 6 to eat. T^T

I would stay there again because the staff was so helpful, friendly and genuine.
Pros:

We were familiar with the location, which is the initial reason we chose the hotel.
We had no idea how fantastic the staff would be.
They are a great team and work very well together.

Cons:

Bedside table could have been drawers instead so we can put additional items. With the phone there and the clock there’s not much space for our phones/tablets/book etc to put into.
