The rooms are spacious and practical, a decent size desk with a proper chair, the bed is comfortable, onsite parking.

Cons:

While the linen was fresh and clean, the overall appearance suffered because of a lack of attention to detail in cleaning, ie skirting boards, corners on the bathroom floor, especially around the toilet. I also wiped out all the drawers I used because they were dusty.
The wifi had no internet connection for half of my stay (6 nights). I could resort to my phone account so I did not follow up with staff.

Pros:

Reception staff were great- friendly & informative. Spa was lovely. Excellent location & 5 minutes walk to see the Archibald exhibition.

Pros:

Huge room King Executive. good wardrobe, {not stacked with extra bedding,} plenty of coathangers, good sized bedside cupboard, good lighting. Nice desk & chair to sit and do diary & read the paper.
Bed was very comfortable, pillows good.
Bathroom a good size, plenty of space to put our bathroom bags. Soap, shampoo & conditioner on tap (shower) easy
Nice double thickness curtains, kept room dark & noise down.
The bar & restaurant were very nice, I had a really good coffee every morning
we had breakfast twice and ate in the Restaurant the night we arrived (we love that we don't have to drive out at night)
The breakfast was very tasty. The Staff were friendly. We stayed 3 nights.

Cons:

The couch was uncomfortable, it was L shaped, a normal couch 2.5 seater would have been better, odd angle to watch TV
also at 83 & 82 a bit hard to get comfy on the L bit.
being a King Executive it would have been nice if the towels were larger, not really big enough.
The lift shut down at 9pm, after that you had to use the outside stairs.
