I booked a night in a King suite at the Four Seasons to celebrate my birthday and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The rooms are large and have wonderful amenities; you can’t beat the spa, and the customer service is unmatched. When checking in they had asked if we were celebrating anything and I shared that it was for my birthday. I was so delighted to find that they had a celebratory cake in the room upon arrival. It was a wonderful surprise. We’ll definitely be back.
Good hospitality
Good staffs
Nothing at all
We had a fantastic stay at the Four Seasons. Staff and service were exceptional. Our room was great. It overlooked the harbor, so the view was lovely. Rooms are well-appointed and spacious. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was perfect. There was a crayon on the floor, which gave me pause on the cleanliness, though other than that, the room seemed very clean. There is plenty of storage, but I can always appreciate more hooks.
We utilized the spa, which was awesome, and appreciated the in-room dining. Our in-room dining server was extremely friendly and funny, which was nice, though our breakfast order was extremely delayed. At least it was good, which is more than I can say for the hotel's other offerings. The hotel restaurants, while elegant with fairly good service, provided food and libations that were mid, if I'm being generous. This was a celebratory stay, and nothing ruins that more than inferior food, which we experienced.
Valets were friendly and funny, though they forgot to extend our parking, so we ended up with a ticket (which was adjudicated, but still, not something you expect from the Four Seasons).
Overall, I do think this is an excellent hotel and I am definitely looking forward to returning, though I will absolutely be dining and drinking elsewhere.
Wonderful amenities and fantastic staff. We love this place.
The hotel is fantastic.
The room lightning is a bit insufficient.
My sister and I used our CSR The Edit credit to book two nights at the Four Seasons for a Family Ladies Weekend. We reserved two rooms to accommodate our daughters, our mother, my mother-in-law, and ourselves. The purpose of the weekend was to give our mothers a well-deserved break from caring for their 88-year-old husbands.
From the moment we arrived, we were truly spoiled. Jorge ensured our rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully arranged for all six of us. Jorge and Bahram made the mothers feel special right from the start with lovely treats, which meant so much to us.
Hasna at the front desk consistently greeted me with a warm smile and even remembered my name each time we crossed paths—a small but meaningful touch that did not go unnoticed. Housekeeping was quick to accommodate our needs and even provided a mini fridge and microwave upon request.
RBreeze took exceptional care of us at Maximon during both breakfast and lunch, and the spa services were outstanding. Even the valet team provided excellent service at every interaction.
Thank you all for creating such a memorable and relaxing weekend away from home. It truly meant the world to our family.
The hotel staff and amenities are always top notch. Hands down a great experience.
Property was pet friendly
No rooftop brunch on New Years Day
Nice hotel. Staff impeccable. Concierge arranged a dog sitter.
Not enough first floor amenities. Not enough space for conversations and coffee. Not enough amenities. Walked next door to Marriott for this.
Stayed here for a weekend trip to see a Ravens game. Everything was great beginning at check-in. Very clean, wonderful staff. Decorated very festively for the holidays too. Brought a few treats to the room for my teenage boys which was a nice surprise. Excellent location with many shops, restaurants and attractions in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!
My three night October weekend stay at the Four Seasons Baltimore was fine — but had the roughest air con start of all my stays recently.
#baltimore #fourseasons #fourseasonsbaltimore #airconfail
The hotel really bungled the air con before arrival and then did it again after they moved my room and promised it would be fixed and cold (down to 65F as promised before booking) after my first night’s dinner. Thankfully, after that move and more air con fails, an overnight manager and engineer finally moved me to a 3rd room that had great air con.
Once they finally sorted that, things improved for me. The rooms are fine, nothing too special with hard product, but they do have nice harbor views. (I paid for a harbor view room.) They did credit me for my first night upon my request.
The room was comfortable. Bed mattress was topped as requested (even in the new room). Furnishing were non-descript, but then so is Baltimore.
The rain shower pressure was solid, but the shower wand pressure was poor. WiFi was solid at 48 Mbps up and down, but then I expect better at a luxury hotel.
The rooftop restaurant is a miss for service alone. It’s not part of the hotel as I only learned afterward. Service was terrible, but the food and views were nice. It’s a total scene.
The lobby bar and restaurant were much better. Not any view, but wonderful service, food, appetizers, and great cocktails.
Room service breakfasts were nice. The special waffle they have is delicious.
The hotel otherwise feels like a bit more like a conference center — not as much like a luxury hotel to me.
Next time I may try the Ivy. The Pendry wouldn’t guarantee my 65 F air con (only 69 F).
