O hotel é lindo e bem decorado.
2) cama VELHA e MOLE DEMAIS. AFUNDA AS COSTAS.
4) Internet entrava e saia toda hora.
Completamente liso..
Rien
This was an amazing hotel. Our room was large and beautiful. It’s in a colonial building and it’s gorgeous. The rooftop restaurant was stunning and excellent. The staff was fantastic
Nothing
Lage, Ambiente, nettes Personal
The location is excellent and the building has old world charm. The reception staff were very helpful finding a taxi when blockades were happening. The bed was comfortable and there was a fridge and a TV with English channels. Breakfast had fresh eggs and good choices for cereals/breads. I had dinner in the restaurant and it was OK (the pork was very fatty).
The hot water could take up to 10 minutes to come and then the water pressure is so hard the drain can't keep up and the floor floods. Water bottles not replaced on subsequent nights. The wifi was atrocious, no matter which one I tried. Bed was comfy but the curtains were not blackout and there were bright lights outside windows until after midnight. Not enough toilet paper was left. Just minor things that don't add up to a 4* hotel.
I stayed for 2 nights. The reception and staff were very friendly; however, whomever answers their Whatsapp gives different information about taxi pricing compared to the front desk, so that was frustrating when trying not to get ripped off. The reception came through in a clutch to find me a driver to get to Potosi during the blockades. Breakfast was good and they have fresh eggs to order and an assortment of breads and fruits and yummy fresh juices. The room was huge and I face an inner courtyard. The bed was comfortable and an assortment of pillow softness/hardness. The shower was a good size. The bad: The wifi was horrible. I tried connecting to several and every speed test was under 1 mbps and it was constantly dropping. The hot water for the shower can take up to 10 minutes to come and the water pressure is so strong that the drain can't keep up and water floods everywhere. They leave you 2 small bottles of water on the first day and never leave more (most replenish each night). The curtains are not blackout and they leave the inner courtyard lights on well past midnight. Overall, it's not a 4* for me.
Good location. Front desk was responsive when we needed something.
The hotel was so loud. There is a rooftop bar at the hotel where people are making noise and a nightclub nearby with pounding music until 2am. This was all three nights we were there. The doors and windows are thin so there is no soundproofing. I would not recommend staying here to anyone. Find a different hotel. Breakfast also opened at 7 but all the food wasn't out until 730 or later, so if you have an early excursion, forget about it
