Très déçus par cet établissement où la propreté et le service ne sont pas du tout au niveau.
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons dû faire changer le couvre-lit taché. La chambre manque cruellement d'entretien (joints moisis, éclairage défaillant, ventilation très bruyante) et le ménage est bâclé, avec des cheveux au sol. L'isolation phonique est inexistante : on entend le moindre pas, chaise ou valise du dessus, et les couloirs résonnent comme un hall de gare.
Le service est déplorable : nous avons dû réclamer du papier toilette et des serviettes manquantes. Le petit déjeuner est médiocre et sec, même le pain de mie.
Le comble : le matin de notre départ, avant notre check-out fixé à midi, la chambre avait déjà été nettoyée et préparée pour les clients suivants pendant notre sortie en ville ! Une prestation inacceptable qui ne mérite pas ses étoiles.

Beautiful property, great views
Pros:

Excellent value for money and in a great location. The hotel room was very spacious. The rooftop bar is wonderful with great views over Sucre and the food and drink there were very tasty.

Nous avons passé un superbe moment, l’hôtel est magnifique, la chambre spacieuse et confortable. Le propriétaire, son fils et toute l’équipe son très impliqués et accueillants. Le toit terrasse est sympa et les cocktails très bons.

Great Location, But I Wouldn’t Stay Here Again
Pros:

Great first impressions, gradually eroded into a massive disappointment. Unfortunately I cannot recommend.

Beware:
- Arranging an airport transfer took several attempts: persistent WhatsApp messaging eventually worked.
- Our room was very cold, the electric heater made little difference.
- We were given a front facing room, traffic noise was a problem. Quiet between 11.00pm and 5.30am.
- “The best view of Sucre” from the rooftop bar is a massive over-statement. Loud music, and poor quality food didn’t help.
- The breakfast waiter sneezed into his tissue, wiped his nose, dropped the tissue into a waste bin and then proceeded to transfer bread, using his unwashed hand, into the buffet bread basket.
- On check out, we were accused of taking a towel and payment was demanded. We opened our suitcases to prove that this was untrue.
- The waiter (yes, the same one) who checked our room on checkout took the tip we had left for the cleaning maid.

The “good”
- Very large, spacious rooms - magnificently furnished.
- Comfortable bed with good quality bed linens.
- Powerful shower with lots of hot water.
- Excellent location close to all the major sites and some great restaurants

Top 🤩
Pros:

L’endroit est magnifique, le propriétaire nous a montré l’écrin " muséal " dans lequel se situe le restaurant gastronomique de l’hôtel : une merveille 🤩 Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu y manger car fermé les jours de notre passage.
Et puis tout est beau, authentique et soigneusement entretenu.
Ensuite il y a le rooftop !!!
Et enfin le personnel est adorable 🙂

Cons:

Peut-être un peu de nonchalance dans le service du petit-déjeuner, trop souvent il n’y a plus (lait, café, fromage, ...) et il faut demander

Wyjątkowy hotel z piękną kolonialną architekturą i stylowym wystrojem, położony w centrum Sucre.
Pros:

Pobyt w Parador Santa Maria La Real był wspaniałym doświadczeniem. Hotel zachwyca piękną kolonialną architekturą oraz stylowymi, doskonale dobranymi meblami, które tworzą wyjątkowy klimat. Lokalizacja jest znakomita – idealna do zwiedzania Sucre.

Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługują właściciel i cały personel – niezwykle sympatyczni, pomocni i zawsze dbający o komfort gości. Śniadania są bardzo dobrej jakości, z dużym wyborem produktów, dzięki czemu każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Dużym atutem jest również bezpłatny parking dla gości hotelowych, co jest ogromnym udogodnieniem dla osób podróżujących samochodem.

Cons:

Jedynym minusem był brak możliwości regulacji temperatury w pokoju. Grzejnik grzał bardzo mocno i nie dało się go wyłączyć, dlatego jedynym sposobem na obniżenie temperatury było spanie przy otwartym oknie. Poza tym drobnym mankamentem hotel zasługuje na najwyższe uznanie i z przyjemnością zatrzymałbym się tutaj ponownie.
