W hotelu jedyną pozytywną rzeczą było w miarę wygodne łóżko i dobra lokalizacja.

Cała reszta to tragedia! Personel bardzo niemiły i kombinowali na każdym kroku aby uniknąć negatywnej opinii której zapewne się spodziewali. Moja rezerwacja pomimo, że została zrealizowana została odwołana przez obiekt po moim wymeldowaniu się z hotelu. Brak odzewu z ich strony pomimo próby wyjaśnienia sprawy. W pokojach nie dało otworzyć się okna ze względu na okropny odór moczu za oknem a klimatyzacja cały czas wydawała głośne dźwięki przez co nie dało się w nocy spać.

Personal muy atento y ubicación buena con facilidad de llegar en 5 minutos a Carrefour express, 2 minutos a lavandería, 15 minutos caminando a la estación de buses de donde salen los toures, cerca a la estación de tren y 15 minutos caminando al Domo.

Cons:

Se que es común fumar para los italianos pero la recepción huele mal a cigarrillo y perro (aunque se veía simpático)

An avarage 3* hotel with a very good location and an above the avarage, helpful personnel.
Pros:

It is very close to the city center. Easy to reach all of the famous places on foot.
The hotel personnel are very kind, they answer all my questions very quickly.
If you arrive with your car, they can ensure you a safe, closed open air parking space during your stay for a little extra money.

Location ok if purpose is to stay 1 night to go to airport next morning.
Pros:

Location is ok..purpose was to stay at location fairly near airport for 1 night so we had no intention of touring around Florence. But we did walk 18 min to Duoma. Taxi ride in early morning was only 15 min, no traffic.

Cons:

This property needs serious updating.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Magenta. This hotel is family-run, and you can truly feel the care and attention they give to every guest. They treated our family exceptionally well and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The staff provided excellent recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and things to do in Florence. A special thank you to Vittorio, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He helped us arrange a tour, secured reservations at wonderful restaurants, and was always available to assist with any questions we had.

Their personal attention and genuine hospitality made our stay very pleasant and stress-free. We highly recommend Hotel Magenta to anyone visiting Florence and looking for a warm, friendly, and authentic experience.

4 wonderful days in Florence
Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city on foot and lovely to be close to the river. Very easy walking distance from the train station.
The hotel was quiet, staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast delicious.
Highly recommendable.
