Nice hotel and amazing staff

We were visiting our Italian family nearby and decided to stay in Nola. The staff at Palazzo Giordano was excellent, helping us with everything we needed. The hotel rooms were clean and a nice size with free parking if you have a car. They also had a free breakfast buffet which was very good. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

Molto confortevole. Pulito e accogliente. Comodissimo il parcheggio. Gentile lo staff. Ottimo il ristorante

Abbiamo pernottato lì,una notte per motivi di lavoro.Ci siamo trovati subito a nostro agio.La struttura merita ampiamente, il personale è gentile e disponibile. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Lo consigliamo.

Stayed here on our way from Matera to Rome, being a half way point. The hotel service was excellent as was the restaurant. Breakfast was offered each day and dinner was excellent. We recommend this hotel.

We were looking for a convenient hotel roughly halfway between Puglia and Tuscany, and handy to the autostrada. This fit the bill perfectly. Unfortunately the hotel websites do not spell out that the in-house restaurant is closed on Sundays, so we had to go out for dinner, after a long drive. Otherwise a great location for a one-night en route stopover.

Hotel ben posizionato e comodo da raggiungere con comodo parcheggio gratuito.
Le camere sono confortevoli ed il personale sempre molto gentile ed accogliente.
Unico appunto la colazione che potrebbe essere migliorata nella qualità dei prodotti.

Soggiorno di una notte, molto soddisfatto sia della camera ampia( pur essendo una standard) con amenities e ciabattine in bagno,sia della prima colazione che presenta tanta varietà di dolci - crostata pastiera mini sfogliatelle pasticciotti e torta rustica - tutto di ottima qualità.Hall ampia con vetrate a giorno sul giardino.struttura da consigliare.

Stayed here one night when travelling from Naples after a long day and flight.
There isn't much that's special or fancy about the hotel - but it's in a very easy location if you are travelling by car and has the bonus of easy parking on site too.
We were too tired to find a restaurant and with some hesitation decided to eat at the hotel but we were pleasantly surprised and had a very good meal with wine at a reasonable price. The waiter - who we saw again at breakfast - was attentive without standing over us.
The rooms are simple, clean, with slippers extra pillows, and a fridge. Not much in the fridge however. The bathroom, likewise, clean, modern, functional. We had no issues with the wifi that some others have reported and the TV was fine (though hardly used).
Breakfast was plentiful and varied with the usual pastries, fruit, yogurt, eggs, cold cheese and meat etc.
Would I stay again? Yes, it was a good price, in the right location for me, and it was of no concern to me that the area around is somewhat industrial. Would I want to stay for a length of time?... probably not, but I'm not sure that is the market the hotel is catering for.
All staff were helpful and thoughtful. Thank you for making our first night in Italy so simple.

Umgebung nicht so gut bezogen auf die Hauptstraße und den dünnen Fenstern. Zur Durchreise genutzt um am nächsten Tag die Fähre nach Ischia zu nehmen

Personale gentile e professionale. Hotel silenzioso.

Très bien pour une dernière nuit avant de ramener la voiture de location à l'aéroport. Bon restaurant et petit-déjeuner. Plutôt fréquenté par des gens d'affaires.

Air conditioning did not work. It was too hot. When they finally fixed last day it became too cold. Can't control temperature from within the room.
