Quarto espaçoso, banho bom. Instalaçoes otimas. Renovadas. Funcionarios atenciosos.
O quarto não ficava totalmente escuro, nao era blackout. E a cama de solteiro, era aquelas de montar. Nao pedi cama extra. O quarto escolhido era com duas camas de solteiro e uma casal. Mandei mensagem e trocaram por uma box. Mas uma noite, foi nessa cama desconfortável
Acho que devia ter mais monitoras na brinquedoteca. Eu estava com meu filho, mas muitas crianças soltas sem supervisao.

completo hotel para vacaciones en familia con niños, tematico, atencion excelente del personal. Sector de entretenimiento para pequeños muy completo (deberian hablar español para los pequeños extranjeros)

Que de acuerdo al precio, el parking fuera de pago extra!!! deberia estar incluido, al fin y al cabo guardan los coches a la intemperie!!!!

We had a great stay in one of the themed rooms. Lots of luxury touches and experiences for kids. The hotel breakfast is extensive and a great reflection of southern Brazilian breakfast cuisine. Leomor was a great host during our meal.
