Pros:

朝食がついているプランでしたが、13階の景色が良い場所での朝食はゆっくり美味しくいただきました。
ツインの部屋は割と広くて使いやすかったです。

Cons:

工事中で窓を開けたら、半分足場がありせっかくの川沿いの景色が少し残念でした。予約の時にわかっていればよかったなーと思います。
博多駅から歩いて移動すると思っていた以上に距離がありました。
