Pros:

外国人スタッフさんが、とても丁寧な接客と笑顔で素晴らしかったです。
（発音的に韓国人のスタッフさんのようでした。男性スタッフさんですが、とても清潔感があり、フロント向きでした。）

Cons:

ティッシュが、白くもなく、独特な香りで苦手でした。
鼻炎だったので、使用する度に少しかためだし、苦手な香りもあって、キツかったです。
基本の普通のが良いです。

まあまあ。やや割高。
Pros:

部屋が広くて清潔。バスチーは美味しかった。

Cons:

ボトルウォーターのサービスがないホテルはこのグレードでは初めて。かしわめしの具がほとんどなかったのは残念。あれでかしわめしを名乗ってほしくない。あと欠品の補充が遅い。
