Fairly good location. Short walk to Hoan Kiem lake.
The woman working reception during the day was very nice.
Room was dirty and mould in bathroom..
The man at reception was not friendly and only wanted to talk if he thought he could sell you something.
The lobby turns into a hangout space for various people during the day, playing cards and possibly gambling etc.
Most fixtures and fittings in the room were broken eg. Door handles and electrical outlets.
Hotel very noisy. We were on 6th floor and there were always loud noises outside at night i don't know what they were doing.
Rubbish dump on other side of road.
Slowest lift ever.
I initially thought it might be normal for Vietnam but we have now stayed in many other places and everywhere else has been clean and professional.

La seule personne agréable et vrai est la réceptionniste. Une dame très gentille, serviable et avec un très bon anglais.
L'emplacement dans la ville est top!

Tout d'abord la chambre : humide, moisissures... heureusement la réceptionniste a réussi à nous changer de chambre mais plus petite...
Le personnel (les autres): le gérant, pas très agréable, avec un anglais très moyen, fourbe et faux. Ex: avant notre départ, il a voulu faire lui même son évaluation sur mon booking. Et voyant que je ne voulais pas, il m'a offert des bouteilles d'eau, des bonbons pour les petits...
La salle de petit déjeuner qui se transforme en "tripo". Ça joue entre homme à des jeux d'argent devant les clients.
Le petit déj : moyen. Pas beaucoup de choix, les jus proposés semblaient douteux.
Bref, hormis cette SUPER réceptionniste, rien de bon!

Acceptable comme hôtel, un bon emplacement et les lieux qui valent le détour sont à portée du train onze👍😛
Il ont doublé la facture pour un report de réservation bien que j'ai expliqué que le visa que j'ai reçu de passporta n'était pas conforme et n'était donc pas accepté par Qatar Airways...enfin, ils ne m'ont pas raté 😄😂😅
