Hotel Red Palm

This place is a disaster and I can’t believe you had it on your list. It was filthy the sheets were dirty the walls dirty and when I was checking into hotel they informed me that the price was your mistake and charge 550 more They had people coming and going at all hours and the WiFi was not working otherwise I would have made different arrangements. All I can say is it was deplorable.

It was the worst experience that i ever had.

Average Basic Hotel at very prime location station just 50 meters , people who prefer less time in hotel more time in outdoor it is good option at reasonable cost

The hotel inside looks NOTHING like the pictures - not the lobby and not the room.

The room was covered in **black mold***. Black mold can cause serious infections and or kill you. The corner ceiling near the bathroom was almost complete black and discolored. The window in bathroom was broken so mosquitoes were in and out. The hotel did not want to give a refund. It was like something out of a horror movie. Expedia should dump this hotel asap.

Good location, but lack good facilities

There was blood in the sink and a used condom behind shades in bathroom. Dirty sheets. Horrible

In 2013 I stayed there for a few weeks whilst my dental work nearby was done but when I went there last week for 3 nights I was disappointed to find the atmosphere had changed. Where the restaurant was in the past it was now a nightclub with Thumping music till all hours. It was a reasonable price but if I do get to Mumbai again for more visits I am afraid I will think twice about staying there. I ate out mostly even though breakfast was offered but as room service. There was free internet though which for me at least helps with the score but overall I would recommend to fellow travellers to maybe go a little further from the Khar Road Station area.

Very basic property with all average facilities, situated within a GYM, crowdy all the times because of that, room was OK
Probably the best in this circle about 5-6 hotels around khar station most of them are in very poor condition,this place stands out a little bit as it’s tied up with OYO hence maintaining a little standard.
Breakfast was included in the rate which was OK.

Great place to visit wity family and friends. Food is excellent. Should try the mexican variety. Food and room futs the budjet and is not high on pockets. Ample of parking space and play are for kids. Must visit.

The Hotel placed near to Khar station is a great place for travelers. The hotel is easyly approachable & you can find taxis easily.
The staff was very cooperative & friendly. We had a great experience. Mr. Naushad at reception was very helpful & prompt.
The housekeeping was good & responsive.

I suggest them to work on food. we had very less options for breakfast. The room size was fair, rooms were clean.

It was a good hotel as it is just 4 km away from Airport and situated in kharwest area which is near to local trains station as well.I had two rooms 201 nd 202..I stayed in 201.....201 was not having any big windows or balcony..202 was good in which my colleague stayed...Housekeeping staff is very sincere and prompt..Rooms were good for rest..Few things disappointed me like Ac had no remote and it was making noise..Moreover we were unable to control anything as manual buttons were also not working.I had to manage with fan which was fine.The other thing which dissappointed me that they were giving a bad active o2 water bottles which had very heavy taste..They should change it and instead keep kinley which has a nice taste..Check in was prompt...Check out process was also delayed as Edc machine was not working..We informed in advance that we are about to make check out and has already paid half money via debit card...We went for breakfast outside..After 15 mins we came then he informed us to pay via cash as machine not working..We again had to go to Atm which was quite irritating as usually travellers do not keep such big amount of cash.Hence wasting time..Overall experience was good but expectations are still high from oyo

Stayed for two days. Good location. No bad traffic. Easy to get Uber. Room were clean. With clean bed sheets and pillows. Ample greenish decor. Toilets were clean too. Working wifii and hot showers. Only problem was the paint on the walls and were flaking off. Staff was polite and obliging Breakfast was just toast and egg even though the in room menu says cut fruits......

Good location and Amenities. Value for money with the rate I got the hotel for. Food at a very reasonable rate. Ambiance in the rooms can be improved. Overall satisfied...I will definitely refer my family and friends to visit this hotel..awesome experience....

Location is good near to Khar railway station and nice neighborhood. The building is old certainly and also not very well maintained. Cleanliness and comfort is not well taken care by the hotel management.

The hotel is not maintained as it suppose to be.. If you are alone go and stay there.. They charge 2000+ for per night. Which is not at all value for the money. Look for some other alternatives... It's totally a crap... It's just adjacent to the railway line so. The hotel locations very bad.. I have seen some of the hotels nearby is of........ So please avoid this.

Good Hotel! Nice Neighborhood. I recommend this for those who want to stay in Mumbai out of Colaba's area. Good restaurants nearby, metro station, discos etc...

Red palm residency is a very excellent place to stay it is just beside khar station and service is excellent and nature of staff is very good and moreover theyvare very help full for further enquiery and online booking call shahid-96-19-648725

When we arrived they didn't seem to have outer booking so checking in took quite a while this could be a hostel world issue though.
The room was very small and pretty grubby, the shower was never hot. Breakfast was meant to be included but was only given to us for for one morning out of three which consisted of bread and butter and milky tea.
It's located near Khar Rd station so was easy to find when travelling back by tuk tuk.
There are a few trendy places to eat around the area and it's not too far from the beach.
The staff were helpful enough. It looked like there was construction work going on so maybe when that's finished it will be quite nice. It would have been a 3* review if it were cheaper but you really don't get much for the price.

Seriously this is the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune of staying at, it's more like a building site. The rooms are absolutely filthy, and the mattress on the bed was horribly uncomfortable, the breakfast was just bread and butter with a cup of awful tea and they only provided us with it one morning even though we were supposed to get it for all three!
The hotel isn't even finished being built, its an absolute tip! When we finally got water in the room it wasn't hot, we had to wait for about 45 minutes because the booking we made through hostel world was non existent apparently. The only saving grace is the very cheap price, the tv and the friendly staff.
