浴室很寬敞明亮，泡澡的大浴缸很大，泡澡起來很舒適，房間的配置很剛好
服務人員很親切，並且具備英文對話能力
旅館地點超棒，早上走去築地市場約10分鐘，距離銀座三越、松屋百貨走路都在三分鐘內，要搭乘地鐵前往其他景點也很便利，此外飯店位在東銀座站，本站有電車可以直達羽田、成田機場，前往機場非常很方便

wifi連線常常中斷，有時無法重新連回，希望可以加強wifi的品質
我是獨自居住，如果能多附一張房卡就好了，這樣去取水的時候不用將原本的房卡帶走
大廳的備品，有牙刷與牙膏的組合，但建議可以分開給予，牙膏很少居住多日會需要好幾條牙膏，但牙刷可以重複使用，導致我為了牙膏需要多拿取牙刷造成不需要的浪費。
