Convenient hotel in Ginza
Pros:

Convenient location. staff were friendly, hotel clean and good value for money. Close by to many food options and viral/trending foods. Water station at each level.

Cons:

No washing machines but a cleaning service where they charge per item. Quite expensive

Cons:

朝食のフルーツサンドが目当てでした。以前はフルーツサンドか、和食か、洋食が選べたような気がしていたのですが、フルーツサンドは追加料金が必要でした。私の勘違いかもしれませんが、それを楽しみにしていたので、個人的にがっかりしました。

Amazing value, amazing stay. A hidden gem in the heart of Ginza.
Pros:

Excellent location, simple no-frills. Great value!

Cons:

Zero flex on early or late check in or check out- charges extra by the hour. Makes sense as this is how they can extend such affordable pricing but wish someone would have mentioned it to me ahead of time to plan accordingly.

Pros:

Excelente lugar para alojarse en Ginza. La ubicación es perfecta: muy cerca de estaciones de metro, tiendas de conveniencia y muchas opciones para hacer compras, todo a pocos pasos.

La habitación estaba impecable y muy bien cuidada. Además, el personal fue extremadamente amable. Olvidé algunas cosas en la caja fuerte y se contactaron conmigo de inmediato para avisarme y poder regresar al día siguiente a recogerlas.

Sin duda lo recomiendo al 100 %. ¡Muchas gracias por una excelente experiencia! 😊

Our second visit here :)
Pros:

This is the second time we’ve stayed here as we really like the hotel overall. The staff are great and the location in particular is ideal for us - we love Ginza, and it’s so close to everything, but also far enough away for it to feel more quiet.

Cons:

Rooms are very small (though this is quite typical in a lot of hotels in Japan), and I don’t think it’s particularly good value for money.

Overall, very happy with the staff, room arrangement and location.
Pros:

The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. They assisted us with our luggage upon arriving as well as when leaving, guiding us to our taxi to the airport. The room was spacious enough for us, bigger than our previous hotel in Shinjuku. The location is close to all Ginza popular spots and near the train stations (Ginza and Hibiya lines). It is also a nice 8-10 min. walk to Tsukiji fish market. We tried the breakfast buffet once and were very satisfied.

Cons:

Although not a bad thing, some of the amenities like shaving cream, lotion, toothbrush etc are available only at the first floor lobby. Would prefer to have some readily available in the room. There is no hot water at the water filling station; either room temp or cold water only.

Wonderful and will want to come back but may try a premium room next time.
Pros:

The hotel's location was fantastic. Very near to the subway and walking distance to Tsukiji, department stores and restaurants. The staff was very accommodating and professional. The room, although a bit small, was very comfortable.

Cons:

The room size and maybe upgrade some of the room outlets for USB. Also casting on TV didn't work. Maybe put more ice dispensers on the floors.
