テカポ湖や協会に近く、レストランやスーパーも徒歩圏内。立地は抜群。
施設は古いが、コスパはまあまあ。他が高すぎます。

Cons:

お湯は一度に１５０リットルか200リットルの制限あり。

Good location but room dated
Pros:

The location, proximity to the church and to all the main street shops and night market.

Cons:

The room is very dated, and the furnishings & bathroom need upgrading.
There was a tour group staying as well, which I imagine happens often and as we were on the ground floor, we heard every footstep and door slam from above.

Good, clean and comfortable
Pros:

The room was clean and had a view of the lake. The bed was comfortable. While the hotel is basic, I don't think it deserves the reviews it has received. It is a good, clean, comfortable stay. The price is more than I would expect in the city because it is in the middle of the South Island in a Dark Sky area, which adds costs.

Location is perfect, next to the lake Tekapo. Actually I do not have any expectations about this hotel but turned out not bad.. if all accommodations around lake Tekapo are full I would recommend this one.

The staff were friendly. Close to places to eat.

Cons:

The bathroom was very run down, the toilet was hard to flush. There was a patch of mold on the carpet by the back door. It was a very damp room. The heater went at night but would not go again in the morning. We found the bed very uncomfortable.
