Cons:

It was extremely loud. There seemed to be no soundproofing whatsoever, with noise from the shopping center on the lower floors echoing through the atrium into the room, and loud street noise passing through the exterior windows, seemingly at full volume.

The floor in the shower was tilted away from the drain, leading to water running all over the bathroom floor.

Otherwise, the room itself was fine, but for the price it was not a good value at all.
