The finance department is very unprofessional and insecure. They keep charging customer debit and credit cards to keep money on hold. Do not expect this kind of immature and unprofessional attitude.

Very disappointed, would never recommend this hotel
Pros:

We arrived at the hotel to check in at 2.20pm. No rooms were ready, and was advised it would take 20 minutes. After a lot of poor service, we were taken rooms 3 hours later. To find, one was locked inside and had to wait for room.
