ラッキーだった。
Pros:

今迄、数か所のホテルで、ツインの部屋を利用していたが、部屋が広く、とても、過ごしやすかった。

Cons:

2人で、一つのベッドでは、狭く、（鼾など）
当日、ツインに変えたので、高くなった。（対応は良かった）
良く調べて、予約すれば良かった。

朝食がドトール利用で良かったです。お風呂が、ひろくて清潔です。

最終的によかった

ホテルスタッフが丁寧
荷物預かりサービスがある

予約していた宿泊先に、チェックイン3時間前にキャンセル要請を受け（ダブルブッキングらしい）とても困りました。宿泊施設の対応がよくなかったのでカスタマーセンターへ電話して、代替施設の提案と補償を受けることができました。ネット完結の業者では電話に出るまでに時間がかかることが多いですが、こちらのカスタマーセンターは待ち時間も少なく、対応もすごく丁寧で、困り果てていた私は少し救われました。結果的にきれいなホテルで過ごさせていただき、満足しています。

総じて、とても良い
Pros:

細かな個人的要望に対し応えて頂け、要望なし定額にてお部屋のUPグレードを頂いた。
朝食を外で取る不便さは若干あるが、ショップも近くとても美味しい。
駅からも近く、出張時にはとても利便性が良い。

Cons:

やはり、朝の体調やあわただしい中、ホテル内で飲食ができるレストランがないことは、若干の不便さを感じる。
