Pros:

Der Fahrstuhl, der großzügige Raucherbereich und die Lage.

Cons:

Das öffentliche Bad wirkte alt und nicht sehr sauber. Die Zimmerausstattung ist altmodisch und in den Fahrstühlen war es leider Schmutzig, auf Grund von Baumaßnahmen.

Pros:

superb location, right opposite to the hakata bus terminal. room is quite comfortable for 1 person. facility is also great, they have lawson and a cafe on the first floor, which is convenient. would consider stay here again if i ever come back to Fukuoka.
