Great location, comfy rooms & amazing staff.
Pros:

I was in the Cowboy room. It was appointed so well & it was so comfortable. Like getting into your own bed. There was a Keurig to make tea or coffee in the morning with real coffee mugs & bottled water to use. A nice desk area with plenty of outlets, a comfy king size bed and the bathroom was even keeping with the cowboy theme with toiletries & big fluffy towels. The front desk staff, at least the 2 people I dealt with were incredible. Dakota & the next day Gabriel. Such friendly guys with great information. We talked like we were old friends. They really made the whole day more enjoyable.

Charming historic hotel right on Route 66
Pros:

Location was ideal for exploring route 66 and the downtown area. The theme of my room, Leon Russel, was also awesome.

Cons:

The mattress on my bed was worn out and lumpy. The side facing the door was collapsed a bit. The shower took a long time to get warm. Paint was peeling on baseboards, enamel chipped on tub, toilet was loose. Boutique but a little worn.

GREAT stay and an historic hotel!
Pros:

The Campbell Hotel was previously known as the Casa Loma Hotel located in the Max Campbell Building at the end of the trolley line that ran from downtown to Delaware Avenue on 11th Street. It reopened in 2011 as a luxury hotel and event center with a very rustic western-themed décor. It has been beautifully restored and was a fun and exceptionally comfortable place to stay.

The area is not the absolute best, but what area is? Never felt unsafe and it truly felt like we had taken a step back in time. The place is on the National Register of Historic Places and should be experienced when staying in Tulsa Oklahoma.

Cons:

Surrounding neighborhood could be considered a TAD sketchy.

Pros:

Historic Route 66 location. Nice hotel.

Cons:

I was disappointed by the room we were assigned. I was hoping for an elegant, upscale room, as I had seen in photos on the website. My husband and I were really looking forward to staying in this hotel. Unfortunately, we were given “The Couture Room”. The whole room was done in black, and basically looked like a bordello. We were so disappointed! This was probably the only time we’ll ever make it to Tulsa, and I had high hopes for a beautiful room in the Campbell, but that’s not what I got. It’s a very nice hotel, just avoid “The Couture Room”.

Overall great, but needs better attention to detail
Pros:

Location to TU

Cons:

Reception staff could be a little unhelpful and room servicing lacked consistency- there for 8 nights and not always cleaned, not always a restock of water and coffee, no coat hangers in wardrobe.
