Pros:

Good position, basic room. It was very small but that’s to be expected in Japan. The bathroom was very tiny.

Cons:

The smallness of the room was a bit of an issue. The bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Excellent Location, Acceptable Price.
Pros:

Location is Excellent. Just 3-minute walk from Nishi-Shinjuku Station. Near Shinjuku station (Just 1 stop by subway). Nearby shopping places and transportation. But it's quiet enough for relax.

Cons:

Price maybe a little bit high but compare with location, it can be acceptable.
