Reservations for more than 4 rooms are subject to special conditions and additional fees. A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation is requested at the time of booking.

Any cancelation or modification is possible up to 30 days before the arrival date. After this period, cancelation fees may apply:

- Between 30 and 15 days before arrival, you can cancel 50% of the booked nights free of charge – the other nights will be fully charged.

- Between 15 and 7 days before arrival, you can cancel 70% of the booked nights free of charge – the other nights will be fully charged.

- 7 days before the date of arrival, you can’t modify or cancel your booking, all nights will be charged.

Pets up to 10 kg only are welcome for an additional fee of EUR 12 per night (except for service dogs) and for a maximum of 1 pet per room. Any pet that does not fit this criteria will not be allowed on property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Great location 😁
Pros:

Location. Very close to the Louvre, lots of metro station around. Staff were lovely and very clean every time

Cons:

Walls were very thin so you could hear everything going on around you

Pros:

Bien situé et personnel sympathique

Cons:

Le bruit : dans la rue le soir et la nuit surtout le vendredi et samedi soir. Il y a 3 établissements voisins assez bruyants. Ainsi que d'une chambre à l'autre.
La chambre petite et mal éclairée.

Die Lage ist prima. Selbst Zimmer zur Straße im 5 Stock ruhig. Personal sehr freundlich. Betten waren nach unseren Bedürfnissen sehr gut. Geschmackvolle Gestaltung. Frühstück sehr gut für den Preis von 18 €.

Cons:

Die geschmackvolle Gestaltung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen bes. Teppichboden und Tapeten. Bäder auch, aber sauber. Sehr kleines Zimmer (Doppelzimmer mit Balkon) 15 m2 angegeben tatsächlich inkl. Bad 13,5 m2. Keine ausreichende Ablageflächen im Bad. Lampen über dem Doppelbett nur zusammen schaltbar und nur von einer Bettseite. Eine Bettseite hat keine Steckdose und keinen Nachttisch. Sehr unkomfortabel.

Pros:

lokalizacja, personel, śniadania.

Cons:

Brak okna. Nie byłem o tym poinformowany. Okno było tylko wychodziło na zagracone ,,składowisko" na podwórcu wewnętrznym i pracowały tam jakieś głośne urządzenia.
