Reservations for more than 4 rooms are subject to special conditions and additional fees. A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation is requested at the time of booking.

Any cancelation or modification is possible up to 30 days before the arrival date. After this period, cancelation fees may apply:

- Between 30 and 15 days before arrival, you can cancel 50% of the booked nights free of charge – the other nights will be fully charged.

- Between 15 and 7 days before arrival, you can cancel 70% of the booked nights free of charge – the other nights will be fully charged.

- 7 days before the date of arrival, you can’t modify or cancel your booking, all nights will be charged.

Pets up to 10 kg only are welcome for an additional fee of EUR 12 per night (except for service dogs) and for a maximum of 1 pet per room. Any pet that does not fit this criteria will not be allowed on property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Stadt der Liebe
Pros:

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit der Rezeption,die uns den Check in bereits um 10:00ernöglichtchat,was nach einer durchfahren Nacht sehr hilfreich war.
Die atmosphäre im Frühstücksrsum war sehr gut,kleiner Raum,intime atmosphäre und sehr gutes Frühstück.

Hotel très agréable, personnel formidable, petit déjeuner top!
Pros:

L'hotel est bien situé , près des théâtres, des musées .
Il a été rénové avec beaucoup de gout , la décoration est très sympa.
Le personnel est particulièrement agréable.La chambre était très calme.
Petit déjeuner top!

Cons:

La chambre vraiment petite et le cabinet de toilette très exigu.
La douche était tellement petite et basse de plafond que mon mari devait se baisser .
Odeur de remontées d'égouts assez désagréables le dernier jour.
De plus , située sous les toits il fallait monter un étage à pieds après l'ascenseur.Ayant un léger handicap moteur ce détail non spécifié lors de la réservation était un peu désagréable.

Had a nice stay overall and felt very welcomed by the staff at Hotel Paradis.
Pros:

Staff were amazing and friendly. Hotel was cozy, boutique-like and cute; everything was clean. Location was decent for the price with metro stations in walking distance. We walked to the Louvre too, it was a nice and simple walk and took around 30 minutes. It would be about 12 minutes to cycle but I kept falling off the bikes (lol).

Cons:

There were not a lot of facilities in the hotel. Room was slightly smaller than expected and there was no fridge/ minibar in the room.

Pas à la hauteur du tarif demandé !
Pros:

L’emplacement, la réception, le personnel, le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Des chambres spartiates. Refaites en home staging.
Mauvais écoulement de l’eau dans la salle de bain. Chambres minuscules, sans aucun équipement.
