From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. All bookings are subjected to a MYR 3 Heritage Charge per room per day. This is to be paid directly to the hotel.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pretty close to the city centre. Comfortable room, quite sound proof so you don't hear a lot of noise from the street.

I booked a premium double room just so I could relax and enjoy it after a long and exhausting day of traveling. However,as soon as we went in, the door was broken and couldn't be locked. The room looked like it hadn't been stayed in or cleaned for a very long time, and there was even a dead cockroach on the floor!
We went downstairs to report this to the front desk staff, who said they would send someone up to check within 5 minutes. But after waiting about 10 minutes,no one came up to resolve our issue.
We then went downstairs to ask the front desk a second time, and their reply was that they were currently contacting the manager to handle it. WE then requested a room change,but we were told we would have to oay extra to change to the same room type. With no other choice, we were forced to downgrade to a regular standard double room. Furthermore, the hotel had no intention of refunding the price difference and merely said sorry.
This was truly a terrible service experience at this hotel.

El personal muy amable. La habitación grande y limpia. Teníamos q guardar una bolsa de hielo para los dolores y nos la guardaron en recepción sin problema.

Locatie naar het centrum was +/- 500m, fijn op loopafstand!
De matrassen waren super hard, tevens was de kamer heel gehorig.
Handdoeken zaten gele vlekken in en er zat schimmel op diverse plekken in de badkamer.
Daarnaast lekt de afvoer van de airco op de badkamer waardoor er continue water op de vloer stond.
Hygiene kwam totaal niet overeen als op de foto's.
The room smelled cigarette smoke! Smelled so bad everytime we entered our room. Cant even open the window to get the smell out! Bathroom has a distinct foul smell. Everything else was ok~. Location is about 1km to jonker walk.
Chambre spacieuse, bon équipement.
Le bruit quand la chambre donne sur la rue. Il y a du bon double vitrage, mais ça passe par la salle de bain.

Aşırı nemli ve rutubet kokan bir oda verdiler daha sonra daha iyi kokusuz bir odaya değişiklik yapıldı. Hayatım boşunca yaşadığım en kötü otel deneyimi. Koridorlar asansör ve odalar korku filmi sahnesi gibiydi ancak 1 gece kalabildik.
