Sheraton Changzhou Wujin Hotel

Very clean, decorative, quiet and tidy hotel with a very beautiful lake in the backyard. with a great location in Changzhou and fair price.
Room was very clean, very spacious with a king size bed, very comfortable. Nice and big workspace/office to work, elegant and comfortable sofa to relax, complimentary tea, coffee and mineral water were served daily. Big bathroom with separate shower and toilet.
Very friendly, very helpful and polite staff, internet connection was OK.
Breakfast was excellent and full of varieties to choose from, cold, hot, fresh and tasty food.
I was very satisfied and definitely will return in the future, highly recommended, you will never be disappointed.

Muy buena opcion

Though having been to Changzhou a few times , never did I stay overnight and hence this is the first time I am staying in this city . That said , though I have not seen or stay in other hotels in Changzhou, this has to be one of the top 3 considering the size.

Like other Sheraton, the lobby is grand and check in was a breeze and depending on which “wing” you are at l, you go to your room via different lift lobby. The room I was given is a suite and yes it is huge from the living room to the bedroom , bathroom and also walk in wardrobe.

Back to the exterior of the hotel, it looks grand and magnificent but then it does look old school to me which also echoed the decor in the room , old school yet very grand . Overall the room is very good and the most modern item in the room is perhaps the Dyson hairdryer !!

The executive lounge is also grand but with limited seatings and choice during evening cocktail is good. The breakfast at the lobby restaurant is also good spread but the choices does not suit me.

If I have to come stay in Changzhou again, I would not hesitate to choose this hotel again .

Location was good. Room were spacious. Breakfast buffet was big.

The staff are friendly and the breakfast is delicious and varied.

I've came to this hotel to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday and it was a perfect place for it. We've got a nice and spacious room with a balcony with a great view. The whole hotel was peaceful and calm, a perfect for relaxing and enjoyment.
In this hotel I've experienced one of the best services in my life and all thanks to a girl from the club lounge named Coco. Upon the check-in I've asked her if she can help me with organising a surprise for my girlfriend and she did everything to help me with it. She showed a great care about us and helped us to feel pleasant as much as she could.
Overall one of the best hotel experiences in my life, and all thanks to Coco who showed us what a real care about guests means.

This hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. The reception was aloof and service overall was lackluster at best. Our room had stains on the floor and walls and did not provide the "garden view" it had promised.

The hotel is very luxurious. Looks like a palace. I’m satisfied with the service in the hotel, free parking, friendly front desk staffs, good gym. The Chinese restaurant in hotel is a must try. Overall, lovely experience

We stay in the restaurant had buffet dinner. It was very good for me as foreigner a little less foreign food. The staff is very friendly and nice. If you go frequent it is possible to buy cards to get a better price.

I have now stayed at this hotel 4 times on business trips from the UK. Every time the experience has been excellent. Good Housekeeping, good rooms, polite employees.
I recommend staying at this hotel if you need a hotel in Changzhou area.
A special mention to Anthong Zhang (Director of Rooms) and Dean Hang (Club Lounge) - both of these employees are super professional and are a credit to the hotel.

1. Booking No. 150188343297 , I requested Premier Room, staff told me no such category, just give me a normal Deluxe Room, why I pay more to Hotel.com, for what. 2. Booking No. 150187769424 , I requested Twin Beds , no mention on Booking Confirmation by Hotel.com , I have to beg for a Twin Bed Room.

The hotel has a grand lobby, the Lobby Lounge looking out to artificial lake with landscaping , you can see from the lobby, beautiful.

The room I stay , the shower cap. The shower place with stain on the wall ( I have photo ), close your eye and step in.

Breakfast is good , looking out to the lake.

I have stayed twice at this hotel and been well treated by all of the staff.
The buffet restaurant has plenty of choice if Chinese food is your preference, Western choices are limited and the food is not always hot, which seem to be acceptable for many people.
The Sportz bar is also a place to eat and drink. The menu is the same as the main restaurant, but it generally quieter and more relaxed.

The fitness room, swimming pool and sauna are OK. The only downside is some of the people who use it. They leave the changing area like a disaster zone, even though there are ample places to put used towel and flipflops. I have also had the pleasure of placing my hand in somebodys' spit left on the edge of the swimming pool. Cannot blame the hotel for the people who do these sort of things.

In the nice weather, there is a nice area outside where you can relax and walk.
