Insgesamt waren wir wirklich zufrieden ❣️
Pros:

Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit, die Betten waren sehr bequem

Cons:

An der Beleuchtung im Bad könnte nachgebessert werden - zum Schminken und stylen taugt diese aktuell nicht.
Auch das Frühstücksbuffet könnte noch einen kleinen Push 🆙 vertragen.

In overall it was a great experience and we are sure that we would like to stay in this hotel again.
Pros:

We like the easy access of public transport from Garner Hotel very convenient during our stay. There is also supermarket in the proximity which is very helpful for us to get soap, toothbrush, etc. Since our visit was to experience System of a Down live concert, our route to concerts went smoothly and we also able to explore the city center of Berlin properly. Staffs performance during breakfast were very helpful, despite the hotel was packed with visitors. Definitely the best 3 days stay ever in Germany.

Cons:

Cleaner staffs forgot to refill soap in the shower but it was ok as we are able to get it from nearby supermarket.

Super, super, super
Pros:

Hotel nowoczesny, widoczny z daleka, komfortowy, bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Pokoje komfortowe, czyste, ciche ze wspaniała panoramą Berlina. Personel miły, pomocny, uczynny; można porozumiewać sie w języku niemieckim, angielskim i polskim. Śniadanie pyszne, urozmaicone, bogate serwowane na 16 piętrze hotelu z bajecznym widokiem na Berlin, Hawelę i jej liczne kanały.

Für eine einfache Übernachtung war das vollkommen in Ordnung!
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, vor allem die Anbindung zur S-Bahn ist perfekt und die Abwicklung ging sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Die Dusche war undicht, das konnte man auch an der Badezimmertüre sehen, die war nämlich schon total aufgeweicht und beschädigt vom Wasser, was wohl immer dagegen spritzt, das macht keinen guten Eindruck.
Hinzu kam, dass die Silikonnähte in der Dusche teilweise schwarz waren und der Seidenspender war komplett leer.
Das Schlimmste war aber eigentlich, als ich morgens das erste Mal zur Toilette wollte, das Wasser in der Toilette ganz braun war und widerlich gestunken hat, keine Ahnung wie und wodurch das passiert ist. Bei der Ankunft war das auf jeden Fall noch nicht, das war leider schon etwas ekelig.

Große Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet der 16. Etage mit Aussicht auf die Stadt.
Man findet sich schnell zu Recht,
Die Anbindung an Geschäfte und der Bahn sind super zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Cons:

Hier und dort sollte nachgebessert werden in Sachen Sauberkeit. Zum Beispiel der Abflussdeckel der Dusche war locker, sehr gefährlich wenn man darauf ausrutschen würde, der Teppich sah auch nicht gut aus, zu viele Reinigungsflecken

Fantastic hotel for going to the stadium
Pros:

Staff were all lovely we had contact with, room was great very good size, loved the views from windows and the balcony up the top.

Cons:

We got woken up alot by people coming out the lift as we were right next to it and the cleaners kept banging doors in next rooms. Carpet in room wasn't very clean.
