Hezký a čistý hotel v klidné čtvrti "Berlin - Spandau"
Pros:

Skvělé umístění hotelu v těsné blízkosti vlakové stanice "Bahnhof - Stresow" a cca 10 minut pohodovou chůzí od stanice metra "Altstadt Spandau". Na pokoji byla LCD televize, manuálně nastavitelná klimatizace, trezor a lednička. Pokoj měl dobré osvětlení i zatemnění hustými závěsy. Pokoj byl vždy čistý a krásně uklizený. Check-in i check-out byl vcelku svižný a pohodový.

Cons:

Odhlučnění pokoje, resp. tenké stěny jsou trošku problém, pokud narazíte na hlučné sousedy a nebo opilého souseda, tak je v noci o drobný problém postaráno.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Sauberkeit war grenzwertig.

Parken vor der Tür

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war besonders verschlissen, die Auslegware hatte überall riesige Flecken. Im Badezimmer war der Waschtisch verklebt und Staub lag überall. Im Wohnbereich war der gesamte Schreibtisch dreckig. Wir sind gegen 23 Uhr angereist, haben uns das Zimmer selbst sauber gemacht.
Schade war auch, dass es im DZ nur eine Tasse für einen Kaffee gab und ausschließlich nur entkoffeinierter Kaffee zur Verfügung stand. Aber uns wurde erklärt, dass dieses Zimmer auf der Liste der bald zu renovierenden Zimmer steht, das gibt Hoffnung:-).

Pros:

Good location, train station nearby, easy to park on the street for free, shopping mall with restaurants for a quick bite nearby, room neat and clean, staff very friendly, good wifi.

Das man mich ignoriert hat ich habe ein Zimmer gebucht den ich nicht einmal genutzt habe und musste trotzdem bezahlen kein verschieben oder sonstiges keine Antwort nix sehr schlechter Service

Pros:

Der Service war freundlich und unkompliziert. Frühstück musste man extra buchen, wir waren außerhalb. Die Hotelbar war preislich o.k. es gab frisch gezapftes Bier.
Man konnte kostenlos an der anliegenden Straße parken, es war immer etwas frei. Wenn nicht, hätte man auch das Parkhaus für eine Gebühr nutzen können.

Cons:

Der Spritzschutz für die Dusche war nicht optimal.

Dieses Mal leider schrecklich.

Lage war ok

Cons:

Wir haben ein schlechteres Zimmer bekommen, als dass was wir gebucht haben. Wir haben ein Doppelbett gebucht und zwei Einzelbetten bekommen. Wir haben mehr bezahlt um ein besseres Zimmer zu bekommen und eine schlechtere Leistung erhalten. Ebenfalls hatte die Matratze bereits Flecken. Das geht überhaupt nicht. Ich möchte umgehend ein Teil meines erstattet haben.
