Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt.
Super Lage, super Betten und tolle Aussicht ( 13.Etage waren wir).

Cons:

Cons:

Das Personal ist betrügerisch. An der Wand vom ersten Zimmer war Periodenblut. Das Zweite Zimmer was ich zugeteilt bekommen hatte hatte keine Heizung ( bei -13 grad in Berlin) und als ich mich darüber beschwert habe wurde mir kein neues Zimmer angeboten sondern wurde ich weg geschickt. Dann wurde gesagt dass ich eine Erstattung bekomme und die habe ich auch nicht bekommen.

zusätzliche KFZ Park kosten :-( :-( :-( ............................... nicht plausible, das ich in der Hotel übernachte und extra für parken bezahlen muss. :-( :-( :-(
