Great staff and service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I like that you have the option for a buffet dinner or a la carte. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options. I especially liked the fresh fruit and tea. The rooms were nice and clean. We were also upgraded to a nicer room which was much appreciated. And they sent a fruit plate to our room as a welcoming gift. We're excited to stay there again tomorrow.

The rooms are good with comfortable beds and good features. The staff is friendly and super helpful.
Issues - blue mini restaurant service was extremely slow. Food takes anywhere from 45 min to an hour to arrive.
Not adequate towels in the room and when asked to provide more, staff pretty much forgot to provide it.
Everything is wonderful, definitely will stay again !

Modern property
My fiance and I stayed for almost two weeks at the Flora Airport Hotel. I was very happy with the room and the staff was always helpful. We enjoyed room service from the restaurant on a daily basis and the food was usually quick to arrive and always fresh. The pool and outdoor game area were lovely to have onsite. We also utilized the gym, but it took some creativity to perform our usual workouts. Overall, I’m very happy with our stay. This is our third time staying at a Flora hotel, but the first at this location. I would book again for a future vacation.

I was only at the hotel for about eight hours, and expected at least a good breakfast. This was the worst breakfast I have ever experienced in a hotel. There was no toast, no toaster available. No water, except by request, and even then limited. Nothing at the "buffet" that I would usually have for breakfast. Nothing like cheese for example. There were a few spicy Indian meat dishes, which were obviously chosen because they are of very very minimal cost. There doesn't seem to be much around the hotel, but that is probably to be expected given that it is an airport location. All in all, the hotel is way overpriced for the city and the facilities offered.
