Frustrating deposit process & inconsistent service overshadowed otherwise comfortable & clean rooms
Pros:

Feedback on ammenities:
•⁠ ⁠Good hair dryer
•⁠ ⁠Comfortable beds and spacious, clean rooms
•⁠ ⁠No mini bar, just tea and powdered milk
•⁠ ⁠Breakfast buffet with sparse options that tasted fairly grim
•⁠ ⁠In house restaurants that were closed even though advertised as open
•⁠ ⁠Ok room service, the club sandwich was pretty good.
•⁠ ⁠Closed pool (for renovations) but looked nice, reopening in May apparently
•⁠ ⁠Ok gym which was also closed but after asking the front desk to open for me was done promptly, however they forgot to turn on the air conditioning and there was no water or towels.

Cons:

Confusing and inconvenient process of taking a large security deposit for our stay upon arrival (7000RMB, which was almost double the value of the 3 nights stay) we managed to negotiate the deposit down to 6000 RMB and when we checked out and asked for a refund for our deposit they were condescending and laughed at us for questioning the process and asking for documentation/receipts to prove we would be refunded. Although I’m sure we will receive the deposit back and it can sometimes be delayed with the bank the process was not clearly explained and further frustrating when they charged us again at checkout for the stay in addition to the deposit already paid. For foreign travelers a clear explanation of this process should be in place (in writing) if the front desk aren’t able to adequately explain this in English or any other language.

Pleasant suprise
Pros:

I liked the hotel general atmosphere - it's general cleanness and friendly employees, parking is available and easy to access - the additional/ externally maintained tennis courts are a plus.

Cons:

The wifi was very weak and not usable, the gym's ventilation system did not work, unfortunately not all employees could help us out easily.

Pros:

Lähellä yhteistyökumppania. Aamupala ja huone oli pääosin ok. Huone siivottiin, ilmastointi toimi.

Cons:

Hotellin tilojen ikä ja kuluminen näkyi kaikkialla. Hotelli on joskus varmasti ollut ykkösluokkaa. Henkilökunnan käytös oli hyvin neutraalia, enlannin kieli ei kaikilta sujunut. Huoneen suihku oli karussa kunnossa. Hotellin ympäristö on aika karua. Hyvin teollistunutta.
