Prezados, bom dia.

Solicito a intervenção da Booking em relação à reserva realizada para o período de 20 a 21 no hotel Bristol Centro Cívico sob o número de reserva 943125271 (reserva descrito no extrato do hotel)

Realizamos o check-in normalmente e, na chegada, fomos informados de que havia vaga no estacionamento, sendo o estacionamento cobrado à parte, como já ocorreu em outras hospedagens no mesmo local. Com base nessa informação, deixamos o hotel para comparecer a um evento.

Ao retornarmos por volta de 00h20, havia cones em frente ao portão do estacionamento e o funcionário do hotel informou que não havia mais vaga, orientando-nos a deixar o veículo na calçada/rua. Consideramos a orientação inadequada e insegura, pois estávamos em uma cidade grande, de madrugada, e o veículo ficaria exposto a risco de furto, dano, multa ou guincho.

Se as vagas eram limitadas, rotativas ou sem garantia, essa informação deveria ter sido prestada de forma clara antes da contratação ou, no mínimo, no momento do check-in. O que ocorreu foi que fomos informados de que havia vaga e, posteriormente, o hotel não entregou uma condição essencial para nossa permanência segura.

Diante da ausência de solução adequada pelo hotel, fomos obrigados a interromper a hospedagem, fazer as malas e sair de madrugada para procurar outro hotel, permanecendo aproximadamente uma hora e meia em busca de alternativa, após longa viagem e em situação de grande transtorno.

Solicitei o check-out e o reembolso no hotel, mas fui informada de que não poderiam processar naquele momento. Foi emitido apenas um extrato/registro do horário de saída. Também solicitei nota fiscal ou documento referente ao valor pago, mas fui informada de que não seria possível porque o serviço não teria sido concluído.

Diante disso, solicito à Booking:

1. abertura de reclamação formal contra o hotel parceiro;
2. intermediação para reembolso integral da hospedagem;
