Agradável.
Pros:

O atendimento, o quarto bem confortável, a vista do quarto agradável, e o café da manhã superou minhas expectativas. Como tenho ido a outros hotéis nesse padrão, o Intercity tinha um café da manhã bem superior aos demais que fui ultimamente.

Cons:

Não tenho considerações muito importantes. O que pode ser melhor então é a área do chuveiro, pois tinha um remendo no chão que dava receio de pisar. Só isso.

Uma ótima experiência na serra gaúcha, ótima localização e um café top.
Pros:

Gostei de tudo, quarto amplo, tudo muito limpo, mas o melhor de tudo é o café… Costumo viajar bastante e posso afirmar que este hotel possui um dos melhores cafés da manhã de hotel, detalhes que fazem toda diferença… leite zero lactose quentinho, vitamina de frutas prontinha, iogurte com calda de frutas vermelhas, tudo uma delícia.

Banheiro com cheiro forte. Identifiquei o problema e avisei a recepção mas nada foi feito para resolver.

Também a água quente estava morna e foi difícil tomar banho, estava muito frio. Também reclamei mas nada foi feito

O sistema deles estava bagunçado. Quando cheguei não acharam a reserva em meu nome mas depois que mostrei a reserva pala booking eles viram que o meu nome havia sido mudado e ajustaram. Aconteceu também vou outros clientes.
