According to the Brazilian Federal law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
Please note that each room can only accommodate 1 pet up to 24 in in height and a maximum of 25 kg. for an extra daily fee of BRL 70, which must be paid during check-in. If you are traveling with your pet, it is mandatory to present proof of vaccination up to date. The person responsible for the pet must sign a commitment form at check-in. Quarto confortável e um bom tamanho
Estacionamento - os hóspedes deixam o carro com manobrista, íamos sair com o carro em uma noite e o carro estava bloqueado com outro na frente, porém a chave estava com o hóspede..não conseguiram tirar o carro de prontidão pois não localizavam o hóspede.. tivemos que pegar um Uber pois tínhamos reserva em um restaurante.

Olá, bom dia. Esse hotel foi uma das piores experiências que já tive. Reservei esse hotel pois queria ir na piscina e descansar. No momento em que cheguei no hotel descobri que a piscina estava interditada há mais de 1 mês, e não tinha nada escrito em nenhum lugar. No momento em que perguntei da piscina o recepcionista MAL EDUCADO me perguntou "não quer ir embora então?". Café da manhã maravilhoso não sei da onde, não tinha nem geleia para passar no pão. Iríamos sair com nosso carro (que estava no estacionamento do hotel) e ligamos do quarto para pedir o carro. Chegamos no saguão para aguardar o carro e demorou demais! Pedimos assistência para o recepcionista e ele disse "ah verdade, esqueci de pedir o carro de vocês". Gostaria de ajuda nesse caso. Paguei a diária para um serviço de 4 estrelas e piscina e recebi um serviço péssimo. No mínimo mereço o ressarcimento. Aguardo.
