I’ll be coming back
Pros:

Everything. Location is good even for couples with kids as there’s restaurants all around the hotel. 10min walk to the beach!

Good hotel, Karons not for us (but the beach is beautiful)

Big room, clean and the staff are amazing

Cons:

The road it’s on is so busy it’s difficult to cross and just walk up and down with all the scooters parked up,

Pros:

Very modern hotel on Patak road .
We were not on the road side so very quiet .
There is building work going on but we were out most of the day so didn't notice any noise .
The staff are lovely here .
Cleaned daily .
In a good position near Karon Beach.
Loads of bars ,restaurants and shops near by .
Overall a jice stay
Lovely beds and bathroom

Cons:

You can get a bit of noise from people shutting the doors to rooms as they are a bit clangy .
