Decent bed but zero service
Pros:

Stayed here for 3 nights as a Titatium lifetime. Checked in got worse room right next to the elevator so had to change rooms. Rooms are ok and decent bed and shower. But this is a no service hotel. No housekeeping and I was told to bring my dirty towels to the front desk to get new ones. I did get new ones on my own. I had to go to Starbucks 2x as no service in their bistro. Finally got service the 3rd day. I found several of the staff rude and loud as we had a meeting at the hotel. I was ignored by one staff member when I went to check out. Did not even attempt to acknowledge my existence. So no water cups in the gym for the 3 days and no soap in the shower.

Pros:

Everything about this hotel was just ok. The bathroom floor needed a cleaning. Towels and linens were refreshed only every three days but my wife was able to get additional towels from the front desk. Towels left on the floor in the bathroom were not picked up and the bed was unmade during our four day stay. The hotel is very near the airport and the room was well insulated against jet noise. The swimming pool was way to small for anything other than getting wet. Parking was free. The batroom caulk was badly stained and really needed to be redone.

Cons:

Room did not appear clean and the walls/ceilings are extremely thin. Could hear the room above me for hours after I tried to go to sleep. Air conditioner rattled all night. Terrible night’s sleep before travel. Stayed here specifically to leave my vehicle and had to pay an extra $50. Not worth it

A clean and comfortable stay. Conveniently located near MKE.
Pros:

I like the location; how close it was to the airport. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, I really liked the pool and bistro.

Cons:

The bistro was a little pricey.

It's okay for an overnight waiting for a next day flight.
Pros:

Our room was beautiful and the beds were excellent.

Cons:

No restaurant serving lunch. Only Bistro food service for breakfast and dinner. We had to go out in the pouring rain to visit a restaurant nearby for lunch. Not good!

Pros:

My stay was not the most pleasant. I had to change my room about three times. One of the rooms I was transferred to had a spider crawling on the headboard. The staff did their best to rectify the situation. However, I was very disappointed with my stay.

Pros:

We used to like staying here, but this last visit was disappointing. It was pretty dirty (floors not vacuumed and sticky carpeting). It is definitely time to upgrade bathrooms (our shower leaked onto the floor). The gym had no wipes, towels, or air conditioner. We had to ask twice over our 4 night stay for towels/coffee. No free coffee in lounge either!!!

Left very early. Checked our invoice when we got home and discovered we were charged for a market frozen food and market drink that we never had. Very disappointed.
