Séjour extrêmement décevant et stressant. Cet hôtel ne mérite clairement pas ses 4 étoiles.

Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été confrontée à de nombreux problèmes :
• Première chambre extrêmement bruyante, impossible de se reposer.
• Deuxième chambre : présence de plusieurs gros cafards, avec en plus la porte fenêtre dont le verrou était cassé (une simple planche en bois servait de “sécurité”).

Le plus choquant reste la présence de cafards et la réaction du personnel, qui m’a expliqué que c’était “normal” et que cela pouvait arriver partout dans l’hôtel et sur l’île. On m’a simplement donné un spray insecticide, ce qui est totalement inacceptable pour un établissement de ce standing.

Je me suis sentie très mal à l’aise et en insécurité pendant tout mon séjour. J’avais peur de dormir, peur d’aller dans la salle de bain, et j’ai dû bloquer certaines ouvertures avec du papier toilette pour me rassurer.

Mes vacances ont été complètement gâchées. J’ai passé mon séjour dans le stress, incapable de me détendre.

Je travaille moi-même dans l’hôtellerie, et je sais que ce type de situation n’est absolument pas normal. Des mesures de désinsectisation professionnelles doivent être mises en place.

De plus le personnel est très désagréable, plus particulièrement les personnes de l’accueil (qui devraient en principe être accueillant ?)

Pour un séjour à plus de 1000 € pour 6 nuits, c’est tout simplement inacceptable.

Je repars en plus avec l’angoisse d’avoir pu ramener des cafards chez moi.

Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement et recommande plutôt de changer son nom en remplaçant RELAXIA par CAFARDIA.

Good Location
Pros:

It was central to front with all the bars and restaurants.

Cons:

The corridors were very echoey being open and whenever people were in and out rooms early or late it was quite noisy.

Pros:

Eten was prima, personeel aan de receptie en in de bediening onwijs vriendelijk.

Cons:

Lawaai. Steeds erg harde muziek die door het hele complex schalde; dus ook als jij rustig op je balkon wilt zitten of wat vroeger naar bed wilt. Geen complex voor lezers en mensen die zichzelf kunnen vermaken. Daarnaast de ongezellige verlichting in het restaurant; witte led verlichting alsof je in een operatiekamer zit te eten. Zo onnodig tegenwoordig.

Good and bad
Pros:

The property is good just needing updating like sockets for charging cause what we’ve used was the one for the TV and lamp so we didn’t really use the TV. Another nice one was the inclusion of food and drinks plus selected alcohol drinks.

Cons:

First of all, before coming to this hotel I tried to email them to request something but no one reply’s. The cleaners started cleaning at 6am? While most of us were still asleep. Our bedroom was located just below where the delivery lorry come and go and it was really noisy early in the morning. So annoying. Like we want to relax but we’re awaken by this annusuance.
