I have been a customer here for over three years.
However, during this stay, there was a misunderstanding regarding the room size.
A male staff member wearing glasses appeared irritated while explaining the issue. He repeatedly said “No, no, no” without giving a clear explanation.
Unfortunately, we picked up the wrong room key because it was placed on the counter. Instead of informing us properly, this staff member followed us from behind and forcefully pulled the key from my hand. His aggressive behavior caused an injury to my hand.
I truly do not understand why he could not explain the situation calmly and politely.
This stay has been very disappointing. Sadly, I do not think I will return to stay here again in the future.

ウェルカムドリンク（ハイボール、生ビールほか）から、食事の時のアルコール類も全てインクルーシブ。自由に楽しめたのが良かった。食事はバイキングでしたが、大人数の利用者が居たのに、混雑は見られなくて感心しました。
特にありませんでした。
朝夕とも食事が美味しかったし種類も豊富
みんなが満足でした。
取り立ててありません
◯冷蔵庫が大きかったので、連泊のために持参した飲み物を入れられた。冷凍室もしっかりと機能したので、氷も作れて便利だった。
◯座敷を出たところにスペースがあり、荷物を置けたので、部屋を広く使えた。
◯宿泊者特典でお土産が10％引きになったのがありがたかった。
◯夕食では飲み物は別料金のところが多い中、アルコールも含め飲み放題はいい。
◯エアコンの汚れ、ドライヤーの汚れが気になった。
◯スマホを充電しようとしたが、プラグを差しても外れてしまうところがあった。安全面で考えても危険。
◯熊の出没情報をネットで知ったので、館内放送等での注意喚起があればよかった。後で知ったが、出没時刻にちょうど外に出ていたのでゾッとした。
◯洗面所の蛇口をきつく閉めないと水が止まらなかった。

食事がバイキングスタイル、アルコールもインクルーシブだった。15時から17時にウェルカムドリンクとして、アルコールとおでんなども提供されていた。

The building is very big and the room is spacious, and they can help send the luggage to Toyama station
The guy who works on the front desk isn’t very nice, also not much employees speak English.
Tattoo is not allowed in the Onsen, but they don’t provide stickers to hide it. ( I’ve been to other hotels that offers those stickers)
There are a lot of choices for food, but they’re not very delicious and quality is just so so. I had stomachache after dinner.
