The room is spacious and comfortable. I also liked the beautiful location and the hike. Excellent 👌🏾
The long walks to the room in darkness (the place is not well lit). Secondly the difficulty in getting transport out of the hotel
I liked the room a lot. It was spacious, had plenty of privacy and would have made a great room for a couple on honeymoon/vacation/etc. As a solo traveller, it was nice to have a really comfortable space. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. Dinner was also very good. I particularly liked the fact that you had the choice between buffet and á la carte; a nice touch. The setting was very nice, the staff were helpful generally, and the check-up in the evening was lovely.
I thought that the spa felt quite dated and unclean in places. While the staff were great and the treatments were good, the jacuzzi grates were dirty and the steam room didn't have the luxurious feel I would expect from a 5* resort and spa. Additionally, the staff had a bit of an attitude at times, which didn't make me feel as at home as I would expert from a hotel of this calibre.
The tv could be improved, signal very bad
The food made for dinner are bland and hard looks like they were pre-made frozen and reheated
Serenity
The receptionist made promises and did not keep them
Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Amazing views and comfort.
Shower head didn’t work. Tap head loose. Some maintenance required.
Staff hospitality was amazing 👏
Everything was great. Really good.
Found it a bit expensive for us south Africans. Would have been great if a small breakfast was included.
Clean, professional staff, surrounded by peaceful nature

The view and all the facilities
The views are stunning. Great place if you’re looking to take a break from the city without the hassle of travelling far out. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety.
