The rooms and spacious and beautiful and very private, the staff is so amazing, very friendly always ready to assist in making your stay as comfortable and amazing as possible

The location is quite exclusive and yet easy to access, the mountain and pond view from the King room is beautiful. The views on the property are all around scenic.
The toilet ceiling had a bit of mould. The bath water took a while to heat up.
The ambiance and the place in general
The room in general was faulty.
It creeked, there were planks that were literally loose we stepped on a few loose planks. The rail fell on us day 1 when we arrived. Basin plug doesn't work. Bathroom blinds once open they dont close. We had to constantly call reception to help or fix something. Fire place etc
Calmness and peacefulness of the area
View is stunning in the B block.
Private balcony and the pork Belly for dinner was amazing.

Breakfast and dinner was amazing. Compliments to the chef. the room was stunning !!!! i loved the view, the fireplace and how beautiful the set up was.
The tranquility of the property beautiful out in nature staff were exceptional especially Bridget loved the gas fireplace loved the spa facilities and treatment very hospitable and friendly service
Not many vegetarian options at breakfast and on the ala carte menus at the restaurant and the bistro , some noise on the property on the first night , perhaps requires a small convenience store especially since bistro is closed early on Sunday and on a Monday and the pub menu doesn’t offer much and buffet at restaurant is not for everyone.
The outdoors are absolutely gorgeous ,serene and peaceful. The rooms are 10 out of 10.
And the spa experience was the best I have ever had .
Will definitely come again with my family.
I arrived at 1330 and only managed to check in at 3pm.
And it was a cold rainy day so that was not fun

I would love to come back for a longer stay, but the cold bed at night may just be my deal breaker
I really would have preferred an electric blanket on the beds ! the night was cold and for a facility described as luxurious, a warm bed should be standard, and up to the guest to decide if needed or not
