Worst Front desk ever!
Pros:

Stayed last week 7/8/26 hotel was nice but I left something in the room when we checked out and this place does not answer the phone. Why have two people at the front desk if neither of them are going to answer. I get sometimes that they may be busy but I have been calling multiple times daily for the past week and still nothing.

The breakfast needed refilling at a peak time, about 8 am, and there was no one to ask. Several items were empty.

Bad experience
Pros:

The location was convenient, right off 25.

Cons:

Someone was smoking marijuana near our room. It was very strong in the hallway and even seeped under the door. I put the bath mat across the doorway opening by the floor. Tried to call the office but the phones were not working. Also, the air conditioner was extremely loud- sounded like parts were loose. And the parking lot is crumbling. Will not stay here again.

Room for lots of improvement
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Booking.com never sent over my confirmation information to the hotel. The agent at the counter had to sear for it. She was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Toilet didn’t flush in our room and the AC didn’t work
