À quelques pas de la plage, endroit sécurisé, parking gratuit, un bureau de change au bout de la rue, ainsi que des restaurants toute au long de la plage, l'hôtel est très bien situé la vue de la piscine est incroyable on vois vraiment pourquoi il s'appelle grand sunset puisque c'est vraiment le cas
J'ai tout apprécié juste l'heure de la fermeture de la piscine à 19h je trouve que c'est un peu tôt
The location was ok. It has a market nearby and many restaurants.
They treat us very poorly, the vast majority of them did not even look at you or say anything when you come in or out.
They made us pay a deposit we did not know about and was only possible with cash. The guy just told us to leave if we did not have the cash.
It was clean, but nothing impressive tbh.
The breakfast is not a buffet, they are very nice tho and give you as much as you want, except for the eggs.
The rooms are very very small, they look at a construction work. There is no room with beach views. On the main door and its street there are many power poles, which sound and sparkle the whole time.

Kanske för det är lowseason men en bartender som hellre kollar tv och ganska ointresserad överlag. Tråkigt rum med utsikt över bygge och övergiven mark. Tror och hoppas dom är bättre då mer folk kommer dit.

Place is a scam - the towel scam is very real. They tried to pull it on us on checkout. Knowing it would likely happen we gave extra thirty minutes to check out and yell at the staff until they turned over our 6,000 baht. Why would I want to steal a face cloth 😂. Stay clear of this place - lots of better options

The hotel is very central to the beach and surroundings. The staff were helpful.
Rooftop pool.
The hotel was very dirty. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on a concrete floor. Curtains were ripped. Used bottles from previous guests under the bed. I doubt the room or sheets were ever cleaned. Rooms were very noisy as you could hear other people all the time. Electricity went when we were there and had no AC which was torture.

The hotel is in a good area, the swimming pool was good and the staff ( just in swimming pool area).
The staff wasn’t polite, the bathroom smelling horrible and is not value for money, as well we asked for a toilet paper because the cleaner didn’t refill and the receptionist refused to provide it, I have to go at the reception. Really bad attention. As well the restaurant is Russian food that hasn’t nothing to be with phucket.

This place was a disappointment, when we entered the room, the first thing we noticed was stains and hairs in our sheets, went downstairs and asked for them to be changed and we got told that we had to wait till the next day, so my girlfriend asked for a spare sheet and we changed it ourselves, just when we thought it was over, we went into the bathroom to shower and a huge roach came out, bathroom was not clean and it had a smell. I’m all about affordable rooms and I’m deff not expecting a 5 star hotel or treatment, I’m super open minded, but this was terrible. I had booked 2 nights and we were gone within an hr of being there. We did not stay, we truly couldn’t after that experience.
