Pros:

The venue was exceptional! The staff was very helpful and kind. The food, too delicious. We will be coming back!

Cons:

The room did not have a fridge and a microwave. Some of our food went off during the stay.

Ich habe mich nach einer Safari erkundigt und der Herr an der Rezeption hat sich richtig ins Zeug gelegt und mir geholfen eine Tour zu organisieren.

Umbhaba Eco Lodge - Excellent choice (Aug 2026)
Pros:

The Umbhaba Eco Lodge was stunning, very peaceful and beautifully designed hotel. The gardens, the pool and the entire layout of the place is absolutely stunning. The room l stayed in was superb with a lovely patio with delicious food.
I highly recommend to stay at the Umbhaba Eco Lodge.

Immaculate mountain views, lovely staff and service delivery!
Pros:

Engaging and attentive staff. Scrumptuous food for dinner and breakfast. Reasonably priced cocktail and drinks menu!

Definite value for money. Beautiful view and setting!

Cons:

The fact that there was no television in the room - at these rates it would do no harm to have a TV in each room. It was cold so we really did not want to sit in the open lounge area.
