Excellent location and spacious grounds. Staff were friendly and efficient. Rodney was great in helping us find rooms that were closer together. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-stocked with all the necessary items.
The reception staff seems to vanish after 10pm, and one is left with the solitary security guard at the gate - this is a little unsettling and also inconvenient when problems with noise arise. The food was a little inconsistent, and breakfast lacked variety and even just a touch of luxury. I did not appreciate not being told that there was construction happening on site - there was a lot of noise from 7.30am.

We stayed two nights in the luxury rooms, that were quite spacious and very comfy beds the staff were friendly and attentive, the buffet dinner was excellent (as was the breaky) with a variety of choices, the surrounding lush gardens added to the beauty.

The room was clean I think the part I didn't like the fact that the don't have a carpet or side bad mat inside their rooms. I think they need to improve that

delicious buffet for dinner, i liked that they cocked whole food with variety vegetables. I liked the dinner set up too. very exceptional! The breakfast was delicious too; I even went for seconds!
We were not notified that game drive open-bakkie will pick and drop us at the lodge and it's more than 3 kilometers distance to kruger national park's gate! we were so cold all the way and back!
Staff generally helpful, and Maureen and Impi are the stars, food was good and rooms cleanliness
