I enjoyed the stay , i love the place but Maureens behaviour is uncalled for and she needs to improve her people skills
Pros:

I love staying here its not my first time staying here and wont be the last

Cons:

I arrived at the hotel with my partner without a booking but i knew they had availability as i had checked on booking.com before making my way there. After getting prices and selecting the room i realised its cheaper for me to use my rewards on booking.com and opted to do that while we had some drinks by the bar. The lady at front reception “Maureen” was not happy about this and was now so rude and even wrongfully assuming that we couldn’t afford the place, she even went as far as asking one of her work mates to come talk to us about if we are making a booking or not as they dont want people at the bar who are not going to check in. This was so rude and having been there before i wasnt happy about this as i had communicated my battery had died while with her by reception and just needed to charge my phone to make this booking.

Pros:

The breakfast and the food in general was amazing! The lodge is not too far from the Kruger and Graskop.

Cons:

Oh the showers take long to drain out water so you end up in a puddle one minute into your shower. Not the greatest.

Pros:

The staff went out of their way to accommodate and cater for my partner's birthday. Happy partner, happy life!!

Cons:

That there was no TV nor a mini bar fridge in our selected room and we were not told about this in advance but it was not that much of an issue however, from that type of an establishment, one would expect things to be different. Nonetheless, we had a great stay. The food, the staff and the facilities were exceptional.

I hated the food I ordered burger it was soo dry the chips were soo hard I just couldn’t eat the food o must say the place is nice but the food was terrible
