The hotel is beautiful, enjoyed the views and the fact that is close to everything I wanted to explore.

The views from our room & that it’s in the heart of everything we wanted to explore and experience.

Cons:

The staff were not that resourceful. It felt like you are bothering them if you are asking for something. There was a time when it was raining and we had to go to dinner, when we got to the reception we handed the bathing towels we used to cover ourselves and the reception lady looked at me dead in the eyes and asked if I leave the towels with her what will I use tomorrow? I don’t know if she wanted me to take wet towels to dinner with me and after dinner take them back to our room and use them again. Service is so important to me if that is poor, I don’t recommend the entity. It remains the hosts duty to make your stay comfortable. At the buffet, one of the chefs behind the food station was constantly on his phone using ear pods and using in appropriate language. I was there with my 13 year old daughter. Disappointed in the staff.

Cons:

The room had a smell of humidity. Tha explanation was that they had too much rain! But finally it eas the air con that was running eater into the room. The rest was fins!

The stay was exceptional we will be going back there.
Pros:

Location, clean, friendly staff, very nice breakfast.
Clean pool, WiFi is fast and easy to login. The mosquito net a 10/10

Cons:

Dinner was not that tasty.
Outdated table cloths.

Schöne Anlage in günstiger Lage
Pros:

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer mit zwei großen Betten und Moskitonetzen sowie Blick in den Garten. Von der Anlage aus kam man schnell in den Kruger Park.
