Very noisy and no Windows in the room. Too expensive for what you get...

we even cannot stay in this hotel for an hour..we left the hotel inspite of prebooking..pics of the hotel and actual condition of the hotel do not match at all....it is such a poorest of poor hotel................

It was a very bad stay, nothing was as promised. Pic from booking manipulated, intrance and outside loked like a bommed factory, inside was so dirty, staff not very nice, men sleeping on floor in reception.... not a place to recommend.Hotel.com should ask for more valid pics, to certify that it is a they promise.... this was BAD and not worth the money

Detta var utan tvekan det värsta jag någon gång upplevt och sett!Hotellet låg på en bakgata. mörkt och otäckt. Hade inte den smutsiga skylten funnits hade man aldrig trott att det var ett hotel. Det såg ut som ett övergivet rivningshus. Hur kan detta anses vara 2,5 stjärna???!USCH OCH FY!Mvh/Dan

the receptionist did not treat properly and the bathrooms were too small.

smell of cigar, no prompt service, charged separately for dropping to airport while it was told by edpedia that charges are including one way air port dropping charges I have paid Rs. 200-250 for hiring taxi .quality taste of tea provided was not good

The address given was wrong as was the contact number. The address shown on the website gives a false impression of the location and it is much further away than shown. That being said it is a reasonable hotel and is quite close to the aiport. There are lots of shops and restaurants close by and it is outside of the normal "tourist" areas.

The only nice thing about it was when I over slept the checkout time, they didn´t make me pay for another night.

Fenster in EG defekt, liessen sich nicht schliessen --> Hotelpersonal nahm dies nur mit einem Schulterzucken zur Kenntnis!!!

Fazit: Dieses Hotel moechte ich niemanden weiter empfehlen!!!

Tiny room but is close to international airport. Would suggest only suitable for those arriving late that just want a bed for the night, i.e arrive, sleep and then leave. Use 4 star hotel just across street for taxi back to the arport.

The hotel is very far from the airport and it is very difficult to reach via cab. Even the taxi-drivers are not aware of this hotel. The rooms are very small. It should be rated less than a star.

This hotel is awful, it's hard to find and has poor facilities. Find another hotel

très mauvaise localisation, éloigné de tout. Situé dans une ruelle pas éclairée, les chaufeurs de taxi ne le connaissent pas, bcq de temps pour le trouver, l'enseigne de l'hôtel n'est pas lumineuse.
Le personnel ne parle pas anglais, la communication est impossible. la chambre était correcte mais les draps étaient gris et froissés, en soulevant le drap il y avait des taches de sang, les draps et taies ont été changés; Le petit déjeuner était frugale pris dans la petite salle de réception (pas de salle de restaurant) sur une banquette où qq' un venait juste de dormir ...

We booked this hotel for its price and proximity to the train station in Mumbai that we were arriving into. However when we arrived at 6 am in Mumbai we were told that the hotel was actually 10 km away from the location as advertised on Google Maps and instead is near the airport.
Hotel staff made up for this by allowing us to check in early to the hotel.
Hotel rooms are clean but very small and basic. There was a bus stop around the corner making it easy to get to Mumbai centre.
This hotel should be marketed as an airport hotel due to its proximity. is a good option if you need somewhere close to the airport.

la localisation via le site hotel est erronnée. l'hôtel se situe à marol, andheri ouest, un peu au nord de l'aéroport international.
rapport qualité prix intérressant.
Malgré l'offre internet, le personnel a refusé de m'offrir le petit déjeuner.
