Erholsames Umfeld und insgesamt für uns extrem gemütlich.
Pros:

Alles. Vor allem aber die Lage am See und der allgemeine Komfort.

Cons:

Die Abstellflächen im Badezimmer fehlten. Zudem hatte es auf dem Balkon keine einzige Aufhängvorrichtung, um Kleider belüften zu können.

Wunderbares Hotel, sicher wieder einmal.
Pros:

Schönste Lage am See, in Laufnähe viele Restaurants.
Das gesamte Personal vom Hotel war hervorragend.
Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück mit Ausblick aufs Wasser.
Im gesamten Hotel wurden sehr schöne Materialien verwendet.

Cons:

Das einzige ist die durchsichtige Abtrennung der Balkonen, keine Privatsphäre möglich.

Freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück, gut gelegen - Zimmer verbesserungswürdig
Pros:

Das Personal ist durchgehend extrem freundlich und gibt sich sehr Mühe, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Die Lage ist perfekt, 2 Gehminuten von der Piazza entfernt und direkt am See. Der Pool am See sucht seinesgleichen.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, qualitativ sehr hochwertige Produkte. Die Bedienung freundlich und effizient und die Auswahl mehr als ausreichend.

Cons:

Wir mussten 2x Zimmer wechseln. Das erste Zimmer war direkt auf den Parkplatz und die Garageneinfahrt gerichtet, zudem war es sehr klein und düster. Das Zweite war im Marina, neben einer Lüftungsanlage, welche konstant Lärm machte und die Matraze war komplett durchgelegen. Die Kissen stanken stark nach feuchten Daunen. Unsere Reklamation wurde super gehandelt und wir durften dann nochmals Zimmer wechseln, aber für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse ist das nicht akzeptabel.

Uns störte zudem, dass der Wellness-Bereich ein Kinderparadies ist und niemand interveniert. Der Whirlpool und der geheizte Pool waren ständig voller schreiender Kinder. Weder die Eltern noch das Personal hat das interessiert. Das geht in einem Luxushotel nicht (auch, wenn es kein adults-only ist - das ist eine Frage von Anstand).

Ein einmaliges Hotel an Toplage - das seinen Preis hat!

Die Lage am See, die beiden Pools, das nette Personal.

Cons:

Das Zimmer mit Bergblick war OK, aber unterschied sich nicht von einem Zimmer eines Hotels mit nur vier Sternen. Einfache Einrichtung und relativ klein. Highlight: Alles was im Kühlschrank steht, ist umsonst.
