Café da manhã e a educação é simpatia dos funcionários, em destaque o André da recepção.

Cons:

gostei de tudo, só acho que o banheiro do quarto que fiquei precisa de pequenos ajustes como a porta do box que não veda a água.

Conforto na Augusta
Pros:

O atendimento do Naza na recepção foi excelente!! Sempre prestativo e muito divertido, ele passou excelentes dicas!!

Outro ponto positivo foi o fato da alocação em 2 quartos distintos, pois havíamos reservado um quarto triplo inicialmente!!

Cons:

A Net estava instável e o ar condicionado não funcionou!

Pros:

A localização é excelente. O quarto encontrava-se devidamente limpo, e as roupas de cama e toalhas apresentavam-se igualmente limpas e confortáveis.

Cons:

Um ponto negativo é que, por se tratar de uma rua bastante movimentada, é possível ouvir os ruídos provenientes da via, especialmente as vozes de pessoas conversando durante a madrugada.

Procure outro hotel mais amigável

Localização é boa. Quarto confortável. Café da manhã bom.

Cons:

Recepção péssima. Entrar no hotel, principalmente à noite, é um transtorno e desconfortável. Recepção te vigia como se vc estivesse invadindo o local e gera desconforto. Mesmo após me identificar, falar o número do quarto tive q passar por uma situação chatíssima com o recepcionista noturno.

No momento do check in tive problema com a chave. Quando finalmente entrei no quarto, ar condicionado e frigobar nao funcionavam. Solicitei troca, problema na chave novamente. Wifi, nao funciona no andar superior.
Recepção pouco amigável com os problemas iniciais, como se fosse culpa minha e a cada hóspede q adrentava o hotel o recepcionista olhava de forma suspeita (terrível).

Deveria ficar 3 dias no hotel, solicitei reembolso e fui para outro hotel próximo onde não tive nenhum desses problemas e pude curtir minha estadia em SP sem estressar com hotel, que aliás não era de graça. Em nenhum momento o hotel estava me fazendo um favor. Infelizmente, com essa situaçao eu tive transtorno de mudança e nao consegui relaxar até sair do mesmo.
