Pros:

Gosto muito do custo benefício, a localização (próx ao shopping, mercado 24h, estação de metrô…), os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos. Já é a segunda vez que nos hospedamos e continuaremos…

Cons:

Infelizmente tem uma boate ao lado que incomoda tanto o som quanto os frequentadores que as vezes ficam na entrada (não é culpa do hotel), sugiro pedirem os quartos dos últimos andares

Ótima localização e quartos confortáveis.
Pros:

Localização ótima, perto do shopping Frei Caneca, quarto espaçoso, funcionários solícitos e educados.

Cons:

A pia do banheiro estava meio entupida, nem tive tempo de pedir p/ consertar ou p/ trocar de quarto, porque minha estadia foi curta e eu estava em um congresso o dia todo e saia também à noite, mas já fico nesse hotel há muitos anos, fiquei umas 5 ou vezes, sempre atendem prontamente as solicitações dos hóspedes.

Hotel antigo tentando ser moderno. Deixa a desejar.

Funcionários atenciosos e sempre queredno ajudar dentro do possível, rapidez no chekin chekout e limpeza do hotel.

Cons:

Cafe da manhã fraco, estrutura do quarto, não tinha um suporte para mala, apenas guarda roupa antigo, wifi muito ruim, depois de reclamações melhorou. Aredores do hotel, não aconselho para mulheres solo.
