Pros:

Super obiekt. Bezpłatna sala zabaw z opieką, świetnie położone baseny i bardzo miła obsługa.

Cons:

Nie było gąbki i płynu do naczyń. Mały detal ale w innych miejscach to norma. Dla kogoś kto jest gdzieś na 4 dni i nie zamówił śniadań coś niezwykle istotnego.

Nasz apartament wystarczył na nasze potrzeby. Wszędzie było czysto. W ośrodku było bardzo spokojnie. Niedrogie śniadania w formie bufetu. Znajdziesz tam podstawowe dania, jak jaka sadzone, jajecznica, płatki śniadaniowe, pieczywo, sery, wędliny, owoce, warzywa.
Personel był bardzo miły.

Cons:

Przydałaby się się większa szafa, bo jedynie w sypialni jest tylko komoda oraz drążek na ubrania, który ma pełnić rolę otwartej szafy. My byliśmy we trzy osoby i moja mama spała w pokoju dziennym na kanapie i musieliśmy trzymać jej ubrania w naszej sypialni, bo w pokoju dziennym nie było gdzie.

Gorgeous, We would love to return.
Pros:

Very safe, clean and secure. The apartments were very nice, modern and comfortable. The soft play is amazing for kids and was completely empty both times we went in the mornings during the week (local kids were in school).

Cons:

A little bit of a walk into the town but there are great restaurants and shops close by. The small kids pool was as cold as the main pool (freezing!). It would have been great to have the kids pool heated for my toddler

Apartamento precioso con las habitaciones muy grandes y perfecto para una familia de 4 personas.
Pros:

Apartamento con 2 habitaciones muy nuevo y modero. Es precioso y con todas las comodidades. El complejo es muy bonito también con piscina y restaurante para el desayuno y bar en la piscina.

Me gustó todo.

I've emailed Santa Rosa to complain about the kitchen issues.
Pros:

Very clean, generally comfortable apartment except for items below.

Cons:

The kitchen counter did not have an electric mains point! There was a kettle and toaster but nowhere to plug them in. This is mad! We had to plug them in the seating area. Also, no washing up liquid or washup brush which was annoying.

We had a view of the main road rather than the leisure area where the swimming pools and loungers were.
Not worth the money. Would not stay again unless these deficiences were resolved.

Lage des Zimmers und kurzer Weg zum Meer, Möglichkeit etwas zu kochen und auf dem Balkon zu essen.

Geräumigkeit des Apartments und ruhige Lage (dies ist sehr abhängig davon, wo sich das Zimmer im Komplex befindet).

Cons:

Sauberkeit ist ausbaufähig, v.a. Reinigung von Oberflächen, Bettwäsche und Reinigung des Kühlschranks.

Fijn appartement met mooi zwembad
Pros:

Het appartement was mooi en je kon erg fijn bij het zwembad liggen. Het personeel bij het zwembad, café en ontbijt waren vriendelijk. Het appartement werd ook dagelijks gepoetst.

Cons:

Wij kwamen aan en toen was ons appartement niet beschikbaar vanwege het weer terwijl alle andere mensen wel konden inchecken. We werden toen voor de eerste nacht in een hotel gezet dat van veel lagere kwaliteit was. In plaats van een slaapbank moest een iemand op een normale bank slapen. We kregen ter compensatie gratis ontbijt. Dit was volgens de medewerkers omdat we moesten verplaatsen tussen de accomodaties. Als de kwaliteit van beide accomodaties hetzelfde was geweest was dit een prima oplossing geweest. Echter was de kwaliteit zo slecht dat we het geld van de eerste nacht terug wilden krijgen. Ze wilden daar helemaal niet in tegemoet komen. We moesten ook drie keer terug naar de receptie omdat de manager steeds niet aan het werk was. Telkens werd er beloofd dat ze er zouden zijn maar ze waren elk keer op keer niet.

Pros:

Todo muy nuevo, ubicación, amplitud y decoración del entorno

Cons:

Por decir algo, podían dejar un minikit de limpieza.

Son como pequeños bungalows, no tienen puerta sino una cristalera con cortina y según Dd te ubiquen no hay intimidad. No fue nuestro caso porque nos tocó en una callecita poco transitada pero alrededor de la piscina no nos hubiera gustado

Buena relación calidad-precio
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación. Habitaciones y camas cómodas y sin ruidos. La ropa de cama y toallas limpias y el personal de check in, mate mosto y del comedor muy amables y resolutivos en todo momento

Cons:

Los pasillos que llevaban a nuestra habitación estaban sucios siempre, basura acumulada en la esquina del ascensor para subir. La habitación si bien la limpiaban a diario, quedaba la sensación de suciedad en el suelo. Quizá por el suelo viejo y con manchas daba esa sensación pero los muebles y camas estaban limpios. Wifi muy deficiente.
