Pros:

Ми відпочивали 4 дні. Все сподобалося.
Чисті постілі та кімнати, за свою ціну дуже гарний варіант.
Не далеко від метро та центру. Всі зручності були поблизу.
На ресепшені дуже мила та привітна жінка. Ніяких проблем не було, ми залишилися задоволені!

Cons:

Не завадило б дзеркало в номері та фен у ванній кімнаті. Але це не недолік готелю, скоріш побажання!

Eine Notlösung für eine Nacht und genügend Clohpapier im Bad.

Cons:

Man sollte nicht viel erwarten. Es kam mir so vor, als ob jemand Sperrmüll in ein Zimmer rein getan hat, welches vorher Teil einer normalen Wohnung war. Hässliche Gardinen und Möbel, ein Minifernseher, der kleiner war als ein Computer-Monitor, usw. Das surrealste waren aber zwei abgeschlossene Türen, die offensichtlich zu anderen Zimmern der Wohnung gelangten. Vorsichtshalber habe ich einen kleinen Sperrmülltisch vor eines der Türen geschoben, falls diese mitten in der Nacht plötzlich aufging. Und ganz sauber war der Boden auch nicht; meine hellen Strümpfe waren danach grau-braun. Der einzige Pluspunkt war die Temperatur, da gegenüber eine Mauer war, schien nicht ständig die Sonne herein, d.h. es war eigentlich eher die ganze Zeit dunkel.
Falls jemand hier übernachtet sollte er/sie Duschgel mitbringen, denn ausser Clohpapier und Handtücher war im Bad gar nichts. Obwohl, stimmt nicht ganz, es gab noch einen Waschmaschinenanschluss :)

Günstiges und praktisches Hotel für Familien in Berlin
Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich. Der Innenhof schafft eine schöne und gemütliche Atmosphäre mitten in der Großstadt. Funktionales, geräumiges Zimmer für fünf Personen. Sehr praktische Parkmöglichkeit in den Osramhöfen direkt angrenzend.

Die Betten waren nicht sonderlich bequem

Für geschäftliche Reisen ok
Pros:

Sauberkeit war sehr gut und es gab einen Föhn.
Rezeption rundum die Uhr besetzt und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Es ist sehr laut, man hört die Menschen die auf der Treppe laufen und auch draußen im Innenhof wenn dort welche an der Bar sitzen. Selbst durch das geschlossene Fenster.

Das Frühstück hätte besser sein können. Kaum Auswahl, nichts für Veganer oder Vegetarier. Hab in anderen Hotels viel bessere Buffets gehabt .
