Direkt an Osram Höfen, ideale Lage
Pros:

Sehr freundliche Rezeptionistin. Gutes Konzept, sehr gute Lage. Idealer Parkplatz, sehr sicher, vor Polizei und sehr interessante Architektur mit den Osram Höfen.

Cons:

Der mangelhafte Umstand wurde vom Hotel sehr fair behandelt. Insofern, Preis Leistung Lage TOP! Es ist nicht das Adlon.

Steps into Traps: Weltoffene Fassade, spießige Diskriminierung!
Pros:

Verbindliche Buchung über Booking.com für zwei Freunde. Nach langer Anreise verweigerte das Hotel beim Check-in schlichtweg den Zutritt. Die Begründung: Das Zimmer liege im „Familienbereich“ und dort dürften keine zwei Männer schlafen.

Ausgerechnet ein Hotel, das sich nach außen als politisch links und weltoffen gibt, agiert hier nach bürgerlich überholten, diskriminierenden Vorurteilen und behandelt Gäste absolut unmenschlich.

Anstatt eine Lösung zu bieten, wurden zwei Gäste ohne Unterkunft auf die Straße gesetzt. Zu allem Überfluss behauptet das Hotel, die Buchung storniert zu haben, während sie im System als regulärer Aufenthalt weiterläuft und der Buchende nun finanziell über seine Kreditkarte haften soll.

Ideologische Scheinheiligkeit, Abzocke und menschlich ein unterirdisches Verhalten!

​Anstatt eine Lösung anzubieten, wurden die Gäste ohne Unterkunft auf die Straße gesetzt. Die Krönung: Das Hotel behauptete, eine Stornierung an Booking.com gesendet zu haben. Im System läuft die Buchung jedoch als regulärer Aufenthalt weiter, wodurch der Buchende nun fälschlicherweise über seine Mastercard finanziell haften soll.

​Keine Leistung erbracht, Gäste abgewiesen und trotzdem abkassieren wollen: Das ist absolute Abzocke und menschlich wie serviceorientiert ein Desaster!

Pros:

Las habitaciones son muy grandes. Mi habitación era una habitación individual con baño, y éste era bastante grande, hay gel y jabón de manos.
Es curioso que no hay TV en las habitaciones, pero bueno, no me ha importado.
Todo está muy limpio, y el personal muy amable y servicial, especialmente la mujer de la recepción.
En cuanto a la zona, está un poco alejado del centro, pero tienes dos paradas de metro a 5 minutos andando, la seestraBe (U6)y la Nauener Platz (U9)
El desayuno es tipo buffet, tienen tostadas de pan, pero no hay tostadora, cereales, queso, fiambre, huevos cocidos yogur, zumos, café, te, cruasanes y napolitanas...

Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó es que no hay ascensor, si vas con maletas grandes y te toca un piso alto es incómodo de subir.

Pros:

Uns hat gefallen das das Personal super freundlich und aufmerksam ist


Es wahr eine einfache Einrichtung Badezimmer wahr schön sauber so auch wie die Betten.

Cons:

Was wir leider nicht gut fanden wahr das der Boden in unserem Zimmer nicht gesaugt wahr sprich wir hatten immer dreckige Füße !

Wir hatten kein TV im Zimmer was leider auch schade wahr
