Please note that each room can accommodate just one pet with maximum weight of 30 kg at a daily surcharge of BRL 70, which must be paid upon arrival. Guests traveling with pets must present valid vaccination documents of the animal. The pet owner is required to sign an agreement term at the check in. Please contact the hotel for further details.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID.

Hotel does not have a Gym but has an agreement with the BodyTech Gym, guests can have free access.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

O quarto muito velho, as camas se desmanchando, toalhas que eram brancas, limpeza muito precária, saíamos de manhã, deixávamos a plaquinha de limpeza na maçaneta quando voltávamos no final do dia continuava sem limpar, café da manhã poucos itens e os mesmos todos os dias.

Quarto grande, bem iluminado, confortável. Café-da-manhã bom. Colaboradores atenciosos e gentis.

Cons:

Limpeza, havia pedaços de batata frita no banheiro, quando fiz check-in e entrei na acomodação. Na dia seguinte, meu quarto não foi limpo. Quando cheguei, à noite, foi decepcionante.
Cardápio do restaurante muito reduzido.
