Please note that each room can accommodate just one pet with maximum weight of 30 kg at a daily surcharge of BRL 70, which must be paid upon arrival. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID.

Pros:

Gostei do café da manhã, localização central, gentileza dos funcionários, decoração. Havíamos reservado um quarto duplo, a atendente Ângela gentilmente nos forneceu um UP grade de quarto e ficamos na categoria Luxo, um quarto super espaçoso.

Cons:

A única situação, que pode atrapalhar, pode ser pelo fato de ser tão central e ficar perto de um dos restaurantes mais tradicionais de Cuiabá, o Choppão e tem o barulho das pessoas que frequentam. O restante, tudo tranquilo.

A primeiro momento a recepcionista da noite foi tranquila fui muito bem atendido.
Quarto com piso velho, não condiz com a rede.
Na saida fui cobrado por 30 reais pois a recepção da entrada cometeu um erro, em conversa com o rapaz do check out, demonstra não ter argumentos cábiveis, talvez por falta de entendimento do que diz a lei, é fato que se eu nao quisesse pagar, não pagaria. Mas não retorno mais neste hotel intercity cuiaba, agora fico no Ibis e Gronga

O que nos decepcionou foi o fato de o quarto anunciado no site não corresponder ao que nos foi ofertado. O quarto em que ficamos era antigo, o que não seria um problema caso essa informação tivesse sido exposta no anúncio. Pagamos o valor referente ao quarto apresentado nas imagens do site, e não por um quarto antigo.
