Please note that each room can accommodate just one pet with maximum weight of 30 kg at a daily surcharge of BRL 70, which must be paid upon arrival. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID.

Hotel does not have a Gym but has an agreement with the BodyTech Gym, guests can have free access.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Limpeza, quarto amplo, chuveiro potente, excelente localização, equipe atenciosa.

Cons:

O hotel deixa a desejar para o valor cobrado e para o padrão intercity.
Somente luzes brancas frias no quarto, não havendo luz amarela para repouso.
A estrutura do quarto em geral com aspecto de quarto de pousada, não condizente com o padrão esperado de um hotel com este valor.
O box do banheiro sem espaço para colocar xampu, sabonete… Apenas uma saboneteira pequena acanhada.
Travesseiros e colchões já gastos.
Ao fazer as observações na saída, o funcionário, de boa-fé, sugeriu reservar um quarto superior, mas mesmo o quarto mais básico não condiz com o valor cobrado e o padrão esperado de um hotel com bandeira Intercity.
O café da manhã também não é tão variado.

Ótima localização e confortável!
Pros:

Ficamos no 3o andar e gostamos do conforto e localização do hotel. Muito fácil de chamar Uber, e bem próximo ao hotel tem um lugar que vende pão de queijo mineiro, foi tudo de bom. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e processo de check in e check out super prático.

Cons:

O banheiro precisa de uma limpeza nos rejunte, estavam um pouco sujo. Mas fora isso tudo muito bom. Hotel confortável e bem localizado
