Pros:

Nos encantó la comodidad de la habitación, nos pudimos relajar, descansar y olvidarnos de la rutina de la CDMX aunque sea una noche.

Cons:

Lo único es que consideramos que faltó un poco de más variedad al desayuno buffet.

El desayuno está bien.
Los servicios de cafetería, microondas y máquina expendedora están bien y pueden ser de gran ayuda para nosotros como huéspedes.

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado que no cambiaran las toallas diario (no solicité el servicio y tampoco las dejé en el lavadero para que lo hicieran), y que se preguntara al inicio de la estancia cuántas toallas requiere la persona, para evitar el uso de ellas en caso de que aplique.
Hubo un problema de higiene en la habitación, pero se corrigió al día siguiente.

Pros:

El desayuno no está mal y me quedaba muy cerca del lugar al que iba pero no hay nada cercano a pie para comer cenar

Cons:

Me dieron una habitación horrible en la parte de atrás justo en dónde una fábrica labora día y noche y se escucha el ruido de las máquinas trabajando todo el día.

Pros:

El personal es muy amable y servicial. La ubicación del hotel es ideal, ya que llegamos al aeropuerto en menos de 10 minutos. Tiene un oxxo al lado, lo cual es conveniente para comprar cosas que te hagan falta de antojos para pasar la noche.

Cons:

El hotel cumplía los necesario para pasar una noche, pero no fue nada fuera de lo normal. Las camas están muy dura y las almohadas muy aguadas. El cuarto sencillo es algo pequeño, pero tiene lo necesario. El desayuno me dejó qué desear.
