Location was great just a few comforts in unit lacking
Cons:

Found there was not enough comfortable seating in the apartment. Also, bathrooms very dated for the cost of the apartment.

Fabulous location & wonderful views of Coogee beach

Nice place, but difficult to resolve issues.
Pros:

The location was great and the unit was just the right size. We had a nice view and the amenities were ok.

Cons:

The name says "Serviced Apartments" however, they are only "serviced" during "banker's hours". We arrived Wednesday evening and departed Sunday morning and I was never able to make contact with anyone. We had several issues that needed attention and, when the office is only open from 9-4 on weekdays, it makes it difficult to contact someone, especially when you're on vacation and out and about.

Our air conditioning had 2 issues. First, it's on a fairly short timer and would turn off in the middle of the night leaving us with no air flow at all. Second, the unit kept blowing a fuse and needed to be reset several times, particularly during the evening when the office is not open.

My wife had to take some medication and contacted the emergency number to determine how to dispose of the medical sharp. They said they would get back to her, but they never did. We left it on the dining room table with a note, but that's not optimal.

There were sufficient coffee pods for the first day, but no way to get anymore from the office (see above comment about hours).

The switch for the fan in the master bath was not working.

Give this place a miss.
Pros:

Great location, close to beach, restaurants and cafes.

Cons:

Room was dirty. Lounge was filthy.
The Carpet was thread bare and stained. Bed Linen was stained. There was Mould on blinds.

Did the job as we only really slept there. Property is nice but tired & needs to be updated
Pros:

Location is Amazing - cannot fault it

Cons:

The bathroom was dated. The sofa was dirty & bedsheets stained. No AC in the bedrooms made it hard to sleep

Not able to stay
Pros:

Unfortunately the booking did not go ahead. It was cancelled by the provider due to not being able to service the apartment on a Sunday. We did not know this until arriving at the accommodation and not being able to gain access! The emergency number enabled me to speak to staff who were apologetic and helpful but unfortunately not able to access. This was 3-4 pm Sunday and we had to find alternative accommodation.

Great location but not happy.
Pros:

Being in the centre of Coogee is handy to beach and cafes.

Cons:

Room 604 is on the corner lower level, with no view of the beach, minimal outdoor furniture and no insulation for the extra noise at street level. I would not have paid $900 to stay there if I had known that was the room.

Pros:

The apartment is very close to the beach which is nice

Cons:

The staff is rude, you're only given three towels for six people and then they argue with you telling you that they gave you six and want to come in and inspect the apartment, there's no condiments hardly at all in the kitchen which is strange for a three bedroom apartment and very little cooking utensils.
