Excellentes prestations : du petit déjeuner à la chambre très bien équipée et superbe vue !
Au pied de l'ETNA à l'extérieur du charmant village de ZAFFERANA
Belle piscine et spa très agréable.

Pros:

Nice hotel, with spa, pool, bar and parking.

Cons:

It looks more like a 4 star hotel than a 5 star. The staff in the reception were ok. Especially a man that I do not know his name was very smily, helpful and fluent in English and I thank him a lot. But the staff in the breakfast should smile a little bit. I would say that they look unhappy and do not smile at all. One more problem is that except from the reception almost none else of the staff speaks English.

Pros:

Very friendly staff. Clean facilities and rooms with a spectacular view. Quiet area and a good place for a quick getaway holiday. Very much recommended.

- La posizione,
- il ristorante, ottimo

Cons:

Ci sono servizi che in un hotel a 5 stelle non possono mancare:
- Non c'e' valet all'arivo e partenza per accogliere i clienti con i bagagli
- Non c'e' accappatoio in camera, solo a pagamento
- Non ci son ole cuffie gratuite o avvisi della loro necessita', per accedere alla piscina
- Parcheggio piccolo e non asfaltato

Pros:

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la gentilezza e professionalità del personale in struttura. Abbiamo apprezzato la vista, il bar dell'hotel, la piscina e la spa.

Cons:

alcuni ambienti necessiterebbero di maggiore manutenzione. Dettagli nel complesso trascurabili, ma un peccato per una struttura cosi grande e con potenzialità maggiori.

Średnia jakość za średnią cenę, położenie wybrane przeze mnie kiepsko.
Pros:

W sumie to pierwsza uwaga / hotel jak na moje standardy nie ma 5*, nie wiem skąd się wzięły… pokoje są spoko, dosprzatane trochę po egipsku, na szybko, miejsca sporo.
Spa….sauna mokra i sucha i maleńki basen. Nie jest to żadna przewaga nad czymkolwiek innym w okolicy.
Basen zewnętrzny to maleństwo i z 15-20 leżaków.

Cons:

Głupio wybrałam położenie zakładając, że koło Etny będzie fajnie. Hotel jest na uboczu i do wszystkiego jest stosunkowo daleko.
Bardzo kiepskie śniadania w cenie 15 euro/osoba. Serio słabizna.
